Very good location, well maintained lawns and trees... Singing birds, geese, rabbits roaming around..... the moment you step out from your room, there's water all over. Short beach - not bad. We spotted an uninvited visitor - Maybe a baby Croc or Gator!!! OMG!!! We didn't enter the water! Beach volleyball and the pool are very good. Need for more...

me and my husband enjoyed the special honeymoon treat and the rooms which were just by the lakeside gave that exceptional beautiful scenery you cant find anywhere else. We also loved the food, walks around the island, the pool overseeing the lake and the customer care (very good staff). we look forward to spending another holiday there.....

Stayed for two nights at pineapple bay after a 2-3 week trip around Uganda. What an amazing place. Food and service were incredible, by far the best of our trip. Can't recommend this enough for a relaxing end to a (great) trip in such a fantastic country. Visit was 2015

Travelling with a friend to Uganda for a nature/safari experience, I came across this hotel by chance as the management ,for reasons unknown, do not capitalise on the location of this hotel- in a nature resort, with close access to some of the world's most elusive birds including the African Grey Parrot, who visit the compound almost every day. There...

What a refreshing break form Kampala. No cars, no noise, no pollution! Listen to the lake and the lovely songs from the different birds on the island; this place was completely relaxing, eat, read, swim, hike and nap, just the way life should be. Great breakfast, three course meals, lunch is brought to you, by the pool, shores of the...

The pineapple bay resort at Bulago is just a wow place. One could think you are On a tropical island. We also went on nice walks across the island and it was just marvelous. The pool is great too. Rooms are Great, service and food too. A great place to escape the stress of the mainland around Kampala.

I had a spare day in Entebbe and desperately wanted to get away from the city; a friend recommended Pineapple Bay. The only disappointment was that I was only there for a night! It's a 30 minute speedboat transfer from Entebbe, and once there you instantly want to spend a few more days just soaking in the peace and quiet....

This lodge is a hidden jewel in the middle of Lake Victoria. Around forty minutes of bumpy boat ride from Entebbe, from the very beginning you feel in a very special place, calm and relaxed, with nothing to do but enjoying every single minute you spend in the island. By the time we were there the beach had temporarily disappeared...
