An excellent place to be. Very good a pleasant atmosphere . The hotel is in a prime location and just loved the place. 5-7 min walking distance from mission bay beach. So many restaurants nearby. The best part was that we can cook for ourselves. The kitchen had all the required equipment. I will definitely love to stay at this beautiful place again. The pricing is fair and the quality of service was commensurate to the value for money. Thank you Regal Residency.

This wasn’t what I expected, in fact drove right past it & the location is not really St Heliers but only 5 minute drive away.
What I loved was the convenience of it all, the well appointed refurbished rooms though small worked for me on a business trip, clean with everything you need, ample breakfast supplies, well located to beaches & cafes & travel south to Southern Motorway, good rates & quiet at night.
Not what u had expected but I’d recommend this apartment motel & stay again

Absolutely excellent service. Clean and comfortable rooms at Regal Residency. Nice modern look. Great pricing. Friendly front desk. Felt very welcomed to the place. Beautiful views the location is right near to the Mission Bay beach which is very convenient.

Would not recommend this place Disappointed with room and room service Kitchen ill equipped , had only a small frying pan . Couldn’t even boil an egg and took until Day 3 to provide one small saucepan ! Sheets never changed despite staying over 2 weeks and towels only changed twice .Visitors laundrette was very scruffy preferred to go to public laundromat!

Managers were very good to deal with and swapped our night which we booked for an incorrect date on line which we appreciated them doing this for us. The room had several issues including the jug wouldn't work, toaster had one element not working and burnt the other side of the toast and there was no washup liquid or tee towel. We were leaving early in the morning so never found any of these faults untill we tried to have breakfast before leaving. We won't be staying again.

We stayed with Regal Residency last weekend (5th to 8th July 2024) and we were very disappointed with the overall experience. On arrival we had to phone someone to come to reception and wait for them to come and give us our keys and that was the last time we saw a member of staff! Our rooms were cold and we could not find out how to work the heaters, as luck would have it my husband discovered the switch by accident the following day but we had a very cold night. The one pillow each was wafer thin and the duvet was even thinner. The television would not work, no plug for the kitchen sink, the coffee and tea were not topped up and the bins were not emptied for the whole of our stay. The steps leading up to our rooms were dangerously steep, especially when wet. I was extremely disappointed with our experience and it was not worth the two hundred dollars plus per night we stayed.

The Regal is brand new and very nice. The service was also great. I liked the way the room was decorated - very modern and well set out with a couch for watching the tv. Having Netflix was a real bonus.
