Cleanliness in the lounge was under-par. Especially in the executive lounge. Checking in staff were not very accommodating. Although they were professional, wasn’t up to the standard I was expecting as a diamond member. Restaurant staff were very friendly, and provided excellent service. Especially Aaron.

The service was top quality. We had the pleasure to be waited by a gentleman called Karan, he was very polite, efficient, forthcoming. He made the experience for us be that extra special. We enjoyed our food, but the service really took it to the next level.

I plumped for this hotel over my usual Premier Inn stay. David on reception was really lovely and after having a really rough day I was really made up to be picked for "guest of the day". I actually nearly cried. The hotel is set in the middle of an industrial estate, but the grounds of it are quite nice. I came late and left early as per my usual way when working in Heathrow and only really got to see them on leaving in the morning. My room was upgraded to an executive room. Fab! Until I realised I'd booked one large bed and my room was 2 smaller beds. No problem but not what I booked. I thought I'd treat myself to a hot bath to relax. Unfortunately there was no hot water to my room. This was restored by morning, all was well until the hair dryer started to melt and cut out. I also noticed a strange machine in the hallway which turned out to be an industrial sized Roomba. This started vacuuming at 11:30pm. Why?! Parking was £16. High but relatively standard for Heathrow. Breakfast was included and was a standard UK buffet, canned fruit and a small amount of cut melons etc. Small amount of meat and cheese. If this hotel was a decent price, I'd book it again but I wouldn't actively look to book here. Service from David was authentic and personal. Just a shame the little touches were over shadowed by issues.

No atmosphere, staff simply there out of courtesy rather than necessity. As a Diamond member I have stayed in Hilton group hotels around the globe . This is one that cuts corners to save money and hopes no one notices - they certainly do notice it ! Free upgrades not always available as it is a layover hotel for delayed/ cancelled flights . For some reason they get better treatment than diamond members . Parking is £16 over night and unlike other hotels , diamond members/ disabled guests are not exempt . Rooms are clean but tired . Executive lounge - really not the best . The standard choice is Pepsi in cans or lemonade in cans . No water bottles just a large killer jar with tap . No biscuits , uht milk . Not even any fruit basket . Choice of food is poor. It tends to start after 5pm and bang on 7pm it is suspended . Poor quality wine and mediocre beer in bottles . No food left out at any time after breakfast, official check in or after 7pm . Really not worth paying extra to get an executive room for the “ Freebies”. Staff on reception don’t take any pride in their role and any complaints or suggestions are “ Passed on to manager”. This might as well be a travelodge . It’s easier just to complain to Diamond desk and know it will be looked into professionally. Don’t think you will be close to London , it’s a good 10 minutes drive to LHR and set inside an industrial estate . Reasonable for what it is , but go elsewhere is my recommendation. Diamond member #205059 ( digits removed for security).

The beginning was not that great. I was given a room with no heat, no fridge and one non working phone. My room was changed and that was missing the amenities as well. The best thing about the trip was Mesha during breakfast she saved my experience

Karan was excellent! Attentive and a very nice. I had a hard travel day and it was nice to have someone pleasant to serve dinner! Always had a big smile on my face. The restaurant was not bad at all! As a vegan, I worry that I won’t have any options and thankfully they had vegan burger and cauliflower soup! Yum!

I thought the hotel was clean and pretty. I only stayed for a few hours due to flight cancellation. But I did interacted with the receptionist and Mohan at Breakfast. I thought the service was pretty good, people were friendly. The fire alarm in the middle of the night took an hour of my sleep time. But other than that, all was good 😊

We stayed here in July and gave a 5 star review for the hotel. In February, we had a late flight into Heathrow and wanted a good night's sleep before travelling again, so naturally, the Hilton T5 was our first choice. We were pretty tired when we checked in and headed straight to our 2nd floor room to unpack. I was looking forward to relaxing bath before bed, and it was only when I opened the bathroom door that I realised we had been booked into a wheelchair accessible room. No bath, just a large open wet room, that honestly felt in need of a good scrub itself. I was extremely disappointed that we hadn't been advised of this at check in, and I would have complained that night if we hadn't been tired and already unpacked. I did wonder if the hotel had been fully booked, but even so, the receptionist should have made us aware of this. The number of guests at breakfast, however, would lead me to believe that this was not the case. I have given the hotel 3 stars this time - only because the staff at breakfast we very pleasant and helpful, cooking perfectly poached eggs to order.
