Owners have gone to great lengths to ensure a comfortable, restful stay and the breakfasts are to wonderful....you'll need a good walk in the local area to work it off afterwards....you've been warned!!!! But you'll be back for the 2nd day of...

This is a good B&B with well appointed rooms. Parking was a bit tight especially in the dark, also not easy to find using the post code - again in the dark. My room was warm comfortable & well appointed. The bathroom was large & importantly the shower was good. A bit expensive at £109 for single occupancy (but as...

Many thanks for your review. Historically we have not had a single occupancy discount on our Superior Double room but one was available on both the other double and the twin room. However we always listen to guest feedback and we do now offer a reduced rate for single occupancy in all our 3 rooms. It's is also worth pointing...

We visited this b&b from, 30th December to the 1st January to celebrate my boyfriends birthday as well as our anniversary. I had called ahead in November to ask if some balloons and banners could be put up as a surprise for my boyfriend and it was absolutely no bother to Kathryn who more than happy to do this for...

We spent 6 nights at Fairshaw Rigg and both Kathryn and Paul were wonderful hosts and the room was very comfortable and the Duvet (with alpaca inside) added to our comfort. The breakfasts were excellent with so much choice of local produce that we were spoilt for choice. We would certainly recommend Fairshaw Rigg to anyone and the surrounding area...

This is a top class B&B, the accommodation is lovely, immaculate and very comfortable. The owners are so friendly and the breakfast is top class. They also have a fridge in the hallway with free bottles of milk and water, a nice touch. This is our second visit but wont be our last. The Alpacas are an amazing sight when...

We were made to feel very welcome at Fairshaw Rigg by Paul and Katherine. It is a superb location and a lovely place to stay. The breakfasts were great. Lots of nice little extra touches made it special. Very comfortable, clean and spacious room. This is one of the best B&B's we have stayed in, if not the best.
