To be fare, the spot is amazing. There were probably tons of stuff to do although we barely had time. The cabins were nice but I expected more. The shower was kind of a disaster, thermostatic faucets are not so expensive and when you have to change the shower flexible pipe make sure it fits on the support. Also it... More

On our way home from the north cape to Germany, we passed in the region of Tromso this wonderful place! Outside it was drizzling rain and the temperature was only 10 degrees Celsius. Once we got inside (dripping a little) we were welcomed in, served wonderful apple pie and blueberry pie with ice cream and hot coffee all with a... More

Spent just a single night here, would have loved to spent more time. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, the apartment we stayed in was clean and well looked after. Dinner was slightly limited in choice to three main course options, as its low season, but he food was good and, for Norway, well priced. We went on a beautiful... More

One of the nicest hotels in the Tromsø area. Lovely rooms, a nice restaurant and several activities nearby. They can povide dog sled and northern lights safari in wintertime. In summer you can fish right outside the restaurant, or enjoy the sunset from the sauna or jacuzzi. We'll be back soon. Thanks.

Waking up to the view of the fjord was incredible. Dog sled tour and snow shoe hike were both wonderful with knowledgeable guides and delicious treats. We loved the food at the hotel and the service was excellent. We got to see the northern lights right from the balcony of our room. The place and experience was everything we were... More

Luxurious, but still simple. It is clean and tidy, the staff are nice and the scenery is truly spectacular. I missed that little extra on their breakfast table. Their reception close to early if you want refreshments. If you got one of their cabins, bring with you your own wine or beer and there's no problem. If you stay in... More

This a great place to stay for 3-4 days. Is one hour drive from Tromso and is a very quiet place. It has a great view with each cottage being on the sea shore. We stayed in one of the apartments close to the main hotel building. These are privately owned so each differs according to how the owner has fitted it out. Ours was very comfortable for two but the bedrooms are very small and a family might find it a bit too tight. The kitchen was well knitted out and had a... More
