We stayed here from the 20th of July to the 28th of July. First of all let’s talk about the hotel. This is a no frills hotel and yet you don’t miss anything you need. And just in case you need something, just ask. The staff is super kind and they’ll do anything to satisfy your requests. You got a/c , fan and a working fridge in your room that is not for granted as we listened from some other friends on the island. We didn’t use it a lot, but there is a private beach with sun-beds for the hotel guests. The same private beach could become upon request the place where having breakfasts or dinner giving to your holiday the exotic touch of eating with your feet on the sand ( we do appreciated a lot) We took 2 double rooms, both with same standard and a balcony facing the sea. Strong and efficient hair dryer that is a plus in a family with women. We had full board and that was a perfect decision. No stress of finding a place where to find what you would like to eat, with too spicy risk or language misunderstanding. We really want to thank you the chef for his kitchen. I even had nothing to complain when he prepared for us Italian lasagne and spaghetti al dente, Italian flavour right on the other side of the world. Just amazing. There’s even a pastry chef and cakes were super delicious. On top of this we never had enteric disease, that’s pretty unusual when far from home. A special thank to Marlon, who supervises everything and who guided us already from Italy with immigration papers and transfer tips to dhiffushi. It is a wonderful hotel with large rooms facing the sea. The rooms are new and have access to the sea. They have their own private beach which is the best. Food made is also delicious and the staff are very friendly and always keen to assist. They help us in even booking the ferry tickets and also arrange excursion activities.

We had a great stay here at sunset villa, we had a room that opened up right onto the beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. The sunset views in the evening are incredible and certainly gives the name of this hotel! Great spot for sunbathing and snorkelling in the sea
The only downside of our stay was we only had a sheet to sleep with instead of a duvet and we would have appreciated something to wipe our feet on before coming into our room from the beach as we ended up with alot of sand in our room - But these are minor things.
