We wanted a place for three people to stay for a night and picked this one, ideally located close to the beach, checking in was easy and friendly, the room was two adjoining rooms, both very warm clean and well decorated, the beds comfortable and the hotel was peaceful. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. My wife used...

But honestly once your inside its a different story the room we had was lovely an clean with fresh supply of clean towels. The staff was friendly an couldn't do enough for us. To be honest if I'd not been staying for a business trip I'd have driven straight out of the pot holed carpark! I've never seen a more uninviting hotel than this. It looks absolutely dreadful from the outside and really blends in with the depressing area that it's in. If you can get over the shock of its outside look...

Stopped in at the hotel for leadership training. The venue itself is very dated on the outside and the car park is need of some work due to it holes and the poor surface. Inside the hotel itself the reception area and the training room was a very clean and light area with spa facilities available Overall it was a...

Room was comfortable, nice...

From the outside the hotel reminded me of something from a 1970's horror movie. However from the moment I stepped inside my opinion was changed completely. Beautifully clean with modern decor this hotel surprised me! With free parking and free wifi were also a perk. The lady on reception was super lovely after a 2 hours drive to the hotel...

A break with the children for half term,me and my partner went for two nights with our two children age 9 and 10, we used the leisure facilities a lot and used Internet and bar, the service and food and drink were high end.

The rooms in this hotel are clean and well maintained and the hotel generally is maintained to a high standard. It is a three star Best Western hotel, comfortable but not luxurious. As a base for touring West, South and Mid Wales it is ideal being situated near to the M4. The steel works at Port Talbot perhaps detract from...

After booking this dinner bed and breakfast deal for one night not realising the location and reading the reviews I was a bit worried. The other reviews are true in don't judge a book by its cover. The outside looks very uninteresting but inside offers a lot more. The staff were very friendly especially the evening waitresses they were very...
