Past this lodge is a poor village of Lesotho. The visit to the village is worthwhile. The restaurant at lodge is great. Good service. Always crowded with tourists. No vegetarian menu. Service is excellent.More

As beautiful as the landscape is, as cosy are the Roundavels! It was an extraordinary stay and the food was quite good as well. The whole place has a sprecial atmosphere. And be prepared to a real fancy trip up the Sanipass.

Sani Pass is definitely worth visiting and driving up, but perhaps give the Mountain Lodge a miss. From our arrival we had terrible service from the staff. Lack of communication and very hasty/straight to the point with trying to fulfill your food order. We ordered...More
