Very accommodating and friendly staff. Front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure our team was enjoying their stay and having fun. Only complaint is the horrible pillows in the rooms, way too soft.
Nice place, typical hotel and breakfast nothing special. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Pool temperatures were just right.. Easy access to Highway and town, no resturant but has a BP's right next to it.

I've stayed at this hotel before and will any time I am in Innisfail. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area, my room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed a wonderful night's sleep. As well, breakfast is included.
