Detailed Reviews
Easy drive from lake Kawaguchiko there is free parking right in front of the reception area, the only thing is they will charge you if you arrive early for check in. I was in R2 the entire villa to myself first floor there was a kitchen 2 beds and a dining area, second floor was a king size bed with a theater screen corner and of course the roof with an AMAZING full view of the amusement park and mount Fuji! Woke up at 5AM in the morning and I got to see both the sunrise and the cloud clearing from Mount Fuji. Best stay ever!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Fuji Gran Villa. Villa was clean and fully equipped. Very well maintained. Aircon/ heater was functioning well, water pressure was strong. Love the sauna function in the bathroom especially in the cold weather. Is like having your own "onsen" in the privacy of your bathroom. Water will automatically stop when it is filled and you can select your own desired water temperature in the bathtub. Breakfast is delivered to the villa at your requested time. Most importantly, waking up every morning to the magnificent view of Mount Fuji in the comfort of your room!
Location wise not the most ideal as nothing in the vicinity. You have to walk out to the main Street which is approximately 10-12 mins away. However, it does seems a long walk back especially in the cold and is rather dark at night but overall still safe. The hotel do offer shuttle bus to some nearby stations but reservation is required. The Fuji Q theme park is located at the main Street area and restaurants as well. There is also a Lawson which you can easily stock up on any essentials.
Overall, the comfort of the villa makes up for the inconvenience of the location and we will definitely choose Fuji Gran again in future!

Really nice view of Mt Fuji from the establishment. Improvements need to be made with guest satisfaction and flexibility. A lot of things are always not available - no extra pillows (only one pillow per bed), no extra towels , etc. Location isn’t easy to find. Best to drive or get a cab to the hotel entrance as walking/public transport is a challenge.

We booked the ‘Rooftop Villa’ (as opposed to the ‘Balcony Villa’) via fujigran.com and stayed at R-35 which is at the front of the estate and probably had the best unobstructed views.
THE GOOD:
The rooftop terrace is a gem and the prime reason you’d probably book here rather than somewhere else. The area is large, comfy furniture, excellent views of Fuji, and the LED lights strung around the rooftop wall looks just stunning in the evening.
It’s good value taking into the consideration the Fuji views and modern accommodation.
THE NOT SO GOOD:
The large vacant area next to our villa was being cleared for construction (see pic). It was noisy, so beware, because I suspect that construction will be occurring there for the next couple of years.
While the villa is modern, it does have flaws in terms of catering as tourist accommodation, due to it’s design as two separate accommodation areas duplicated (even had two doorbell cameras for each floor) on the ground and first level, sharing the rooftop (I suspect that the estate was developed to sell or rent each villa to two different parties, but there was no demand, and it’s ended up as tourist rental accommodation). But what does this mean for you as a tourist? We found it had very little useable space because each floor has a small footprint and overall it’s been wasted with the duplication of two kitchens. The stairwell is cramped. I could put one suitcase standing up in a cupboard, but there is no where to put all of travel stuff, so I basically left the suitcase open on the floor next to the dining table downstairs, and in the ‘living area’ upstairs. In the latter case, the area is just vacant except for some Ikea type single seats. Not a couch, or a TV (which is downstairs next to the dining table).
The carparks are located in corner sections between the villas and parking is tricky and will require multiple forward and reversing to get in to.
The oven exhaust fan is set down way to low and I hit my head on it several times (see pic).
There is no washing machine even though there is a space and taps for it in the bathroom.
I couldn’t plug in anything on the rooftop like a mobile phone charger because the two outlets where being used for LED lights and a security camera looking out onto the estate.
I booked the breakfast (which was great) and dinner package for the duration of our stay, and on the last day, paid extra and upgraded the meal. The dinner is tasty, but I found it the same-same. It seemed like a good idea at the time. Even when I go to the website now, I can’t find a description of what the meals are going to be. Anyways, I asked it for the upgrade to be cancelled. I got no meal on the last day and when we checked out and noticed the charge, and was told that it was prepaid and not refundable. This is just plain stealing from me. If you won’t refund me, then give me the meal that I paid for!
My recommendation is to just visit the Watahan Super Centre (i.e. supermarket and much more all in one store) close by and use the double kitchens available. Or order delivery from restaurants so you have variety without being locked in to an initial vague choice.

除左shabu-shabu,仲有壽喜燒(7,150円/人)、燒肉(10,890円/人)同埋BBQ(7,700円/人+5,500円bbq equipment)。
整體成間villa都夠晒乾淨企理,夠晒大,性價比好高👍🏻。唯一缺點就係唔近車站,要行約10~15min。

When we first entered the villa, we were surprised that it had 2 floors and a rooftop! We stayed here for 2 nights after going to Yokohama during our Easter holidays. I think most villas have Mount Fuji view if you go to the rooftop, but the view is partially blocked. Check in process was fine, just that they insisted that you could not go to the villa until 3pm sharp. Staff could not really communicate in English at all, but they do use the translator extensively.
Location was so so, as it was a bit difficult to find with no clear signs. Since we did not want to go out for dinner as it could get pretty dark around that area, we ordered sukiyaki to cook inside our room. However, the quality of beef was below average. Check out was 10am which is a bit too early.
