We have been staying for 2 days and the experience was pretty lousy: - service in the restaurants was continuously poor. Waiters were not attentive, talking with each other and missed another day even to realize we are around. When complaining no sorry was to hear - the team seems really not well trained for any charming service or experience....

Thank you for taking time to give us your impression on your stay at Coquillade Village. Your are disappointed and we are very sorry for that. But believe us, and many posts on Tripadvisor are a good testimony of it, our personnel is very very appreciated by our clients. Regarding the prices for our BMC bike rental: our customers can...

Service has been stellar, amenities perfect, food delicious! The view is gorgeous and the grounds are immaculate. Rooms have all the modern touches and in my opinion (contrary to some of the other reviews here) this is a huge PLUS! The service is fantastic - ask for something and it appears instantly. Would highly recommend!!

Our room was beautiful. It had everything we needed - hair dryer, coffee/tea machine, fridge, smart tv, etc etc. Very clean and beautifully presented. Beautiful views from the front door. A lovely area outside with two sun beds, a table and two chairs. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. All spoke good English. Wifi was good inside the room,...

Superb stay at La Coquillade! Really, 5*. Valet, check in, concierge, pool attendants EVERYBODY amazing. We ate at the bistro a few times which was fabulous - setting and food both excellent. Even the wine list is reasonable! Obviously you can spend a lot but a little goes a long way especially if you drink the local estate wine -...

This was my wife's and my second visit to La Coquillade, both on bike trips in Provence. In 2010 we stayed in the old section (the new section hadn't even begun construction) and we found our room in the converted farmhouse to be extremely comfortable while connoting a Provencal feeling. In May 2016 we had an open spa suite in...

This place disappointed us a little bit . This newly built hotel is a place without a provence soul ... Too much concrete and Too much modern solutions mainly concerning Interiors , without any provence touch ... I work as a interior designer and i can say that this place has a potential to be a top luxury destination in...

Highly recommend La Coquillade! It was a bit of a drive from villages we wanted to visit (45 min-1 hour), but worth it!! The service was absolutely outstanding! I wish I could thank everyone by name for being so friendly, helpful, and going above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect! Benoit Marco was exceptional! Anything we could want...

An absolutely fabulous stay, highly recommended. From the first contact at reception, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived too early for the room to be ready but we were checked in and the luggage was taken from the car to be placed in the room when it was ready. We were given information about things to see in the...

I wish we stayed in the resort longer to enjoy its amenities. However, we ran into some unfortunate situation during our visit to the region that dampered our experience. The hotel was very accommodating with our situation and provided us with information/assistance as needed. The hotel ground/room is beautiful. We booked the prestige room and had a wonderful view of...

This has to be the pinnacle of French resorts in the Provence region. Impeccable service and luxury, coupled with fine dining and spectacular views. I particularly enjoyed the heated floors, as my visit took place as the weather was turning to more cooler temperatures.
