I had to ask too many times for housekeeping and they didn’t come but once. The biggest was paying on a bundle and getting over charged them under charged and having to pay again my last day because of their mistake. I loved the area and all the restaurants near short ride to other stores.
Everything possible was done at this property to make my stay enjoyable. The front desk personnel greeted me with a welcoming attitude and was exception in their attention to my needs. In addition, I had occasion to become acquainted with the general manager, who made me feel appreciated as a Hilton Honors Member. Thank you!
Stayed here one night. If my flight hadn’t been delayed, I would have walked out and refused to stay here. I knew it would be a problem upon walking the halls and elevator. Very beat up, lots of dings and scratches everywhere. When I arrived to my room, again, door frame very chipped up. The bath tub was missing 2 huge chunks (see picture) of porcelain. There was gross mold around the hardware. The tub stopper was missing. The sink was cracked, I thought it was hair at first, but it was a crack. The headboard had an imprint of what looked like a greasy palm of a hand. Needless to say, it was hard to sleep under these conditions. Was told I would get extra points for the horrible stay (showed clerk pic of the tub), no points were added. A total disgrace to the Hilton brand.
Booked this hotel for park, stay and fly. Very comfortable room on the fifth floor. Check in was done on line and the only contact was for the Room Key. Very smooth. Breakfast was good enough at 6.00AM and the shuttle to and from the airport was timely. Good value for money.
Just an average stay, nothing great, nothing bad. Free breakfast, but some of the hot food wasn't even warm. You can expect eggs, I'm not sure if it varies much daily but ours had both scrambled and premade omelet, very thin greasy bacon, and hash browns which weren't warm at all. Oat meal if you count that on the hot side. On the cold side were the norms of cereals, breads, and fruits. The fitness room wasn't bad, it had a weight machine and free weights, but some of the weights were missing, a bike, treadmills, ellipticals, yoga mats, etc. Beds weren't bad, and sound proofing was ok. Floors were very dirty, which I found out by causing more dirtiness that I tried to clean which turned the wash cloth black. Staff was pretty good, but if you use the shuttle if you don't know spanish with accents, you might not understand each other. So a pretty average stay.…
Good afternoon! I stayed at Hampton West last Saturday and I request a refund of the amount charged to my card. The amount should have been only 50 dollars of deposit, to be returned at the end of the stay, as the fees were already prepaid through the hotels.com website and should not have been charged again. I do not recognize this charge and request an immediate refund. Also, I would like to say that the room we stayed in was horrible! A smelly smell on the carpet and when we asked to change rooms, they said there was nothing they could do and they gave us a spray that didn't even smell... Conclusion I returned to Brazil with a huge allergic crisis. The bathroom in room 122 was poorly maintained and dirty! Certainly after this bad experience, we will not be returning and will not recommend. I'm waiting for a response on the wrongful charge. I NEED AN EMAIL TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU Grateful. As a Long time Hilton member I was disappointed w these accommodations. Carpet stains, dents & scratches everywhere & general lack of cleanliness. Dirty breakfast tables all dirty w one piled w dirty dishes for over an hour. Had to borrow a cloth from front desk to wipe off our breakfast table for wife & I.
Rooms are dated, staff only acknowledge you if you speak Spanish, for a 10 day stay my room wasn’t cleaned once. Cleaning staff said they only clean check out rooms. The “hot” breakfast is lacking inspiration and flavour.
Due to a rerouted flight, my husband and I landed in Miami late on a Friday night and had to scramble to find a room. We were looking for something clean and close to the airport. We were able to quickly book in the Hilton app and then called the front desk for a shuttle which took about 15 minutes total. The clerk at the front desk was so helpful. She knew we were semi-stranded there and would need to leave before 5am. She offered to pack us breakfast to go. When we came down in the morning, the shuttle driver was ready to take us right on time, our sack breakfast was ready and the shuttle driver could not have been nicer. Both of these employees made a stop that started out as a major pain, as enjoyable as possible. We really appreciated it!
The staff at the hotel maintains a pristine environment and went out of their way to make every customer feel special. They provide service you would associate with a top tier hotel and made it relaxing to prepare and arrive for our flight.
