My fiance and I stayed here for 2 nights when we came to Suffolk for a wedding in nearby Kelsale. Susie could not have been more welcoming, even after another member of our party cancelled last minute. We stayed in the double room with ensuite shower (the twin room has an ensuite bath & shower) and the bed was wonderfully...

Thank you very much for your review, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay with us. Just to clarify about our rooms. The small double as well as the twin does have a bathroom if preferred. The large double has the shower room. We hope you come and stay again

Lovely weekend at this house, wedding would have been too much but the peaceful house brought you back to earth! Compliments to the two girls that run it.. Breakfast looked good but I was on a continental one instead.. Well done we will visit again!

Welcomed warmly by Susie who gave us tea and homemake cake in the beautiful garden. Our days began with a delicious breakfast before we set off to explore the surrounding countryside. We visited Snape which had a great variety of music to choose from. We had wonderful long walks along the nearby beaches and returned home to the comfort of...

We have just visited Sandpit Farm for two nights with our dog and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Sandpit Farm is quite isolated but in many ways this adds to its charm. It is well situated close to the heritage coast and there are a number of market towns and places of interest within easy reach which are well worth...

We are so pleased our guests find us a convenient location for visiting so many beautiful places in Suffolk but we think we are more 'tucked away' than isolated. We benefit from a wonderful peaceful location with no traffic noise or light pollution and the nearest pub is only 5 minutes by car.

Our third visit to this enchanting b and b. Such a beautiful house full of charm and we always have a wonderful welcome. We look forward to the tasty breakfasts particularly Susie's delicious fruit compotes and the best eggs laid by her hens; a great treat. So many nice touches and attention to detail, we loved our vase of spring...

We stayed at Sandpit farm for two nights with our dog and it couldn't have gone better. Dogs are not always welcome at bed and breakfasts but there were no problems here as already two labradors in residence. Susie was extremely welcoming, gave us good recommendations for where to eat supper and nothing was too much trouble. We had a...

We stayed at Sandpit Farm for two nights, and from the moment we pulled off the road and onto the drive we were struck by the charm and character of the place. This was reinforced when Susie opened the door to greet us and she could not have been more welcoming! Some parts of the cottage are about four or...

If you are looking for a cottage break in a beautiful, quiet location then this B&B is for you. The cottage has bags of character and some super features. The grounds are well kept and maintained and perfect to stroll around. Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced products and there is a great pub 10 mins away that does excellent...

Stayed at sandpit farm for 3 nights as we were attending a wedding a Bruisyard Hall and would recommend it. From the moment of arrival Susie could not be more attentive. We stayed in the larger of the two rooms available. This had a small sitting room a bathroom with a bath and shower over it. The room was very...

We found the B&B very welcoming, with beautiful farmhouse and stunning gardens. The whole feel of the place was peaceful, far enough away from civilisation to relax but close enough to visit the local attractions. Susie couldn't do enough for us and made the stay fantastic. We would visit again.

“There are two bedrooms;our bedroom had a shower cubicle instead of a bath in its adjoining bathroom . Our bed was huge with two natural feather and down single duvets. Lovely thick curtains meant a peaceful lie-in in the mornings with no sun to wake us up.”
