My reservation was done over the phone. Arriving there I realized, that NOT ONE of all employees spoke English. They had to call someone to help out. Best: short walk to mosque through a nice alley and shops.

Fact: A good hotel amongst the worst hotel nearby, A shame and a disgrace for a Shia Muslim that they can't built a good hotel for the Pilgrims of Syeda Masoma Qom SA. Aren't the pilgrims worth to stay in a pleasant environment to visit the holy Shrine? As far as this hotel is concerned which is a four star hotel (that's what they claims), consider below important notice: 1- Wifi internet isn't available in the entire hotel 2- Washroom doors are broken from the bottom 3- A good spring mattress 4- Coffee shop is closed due to current Covid Situation 5- Restaurant is outside the hotel and you have to collect the ordered meal as they haven't staff to deliver at your room 6- Don't ask for any service from the housekeeping department (2 ladies) as they will direct you towards the path 7- More than one room is connected with one Heater, if you are feeling hot then open the windows 8- You might be locked outside the hotel as receptionist has other works to do, they can lock the main door anytime 9- AC remote isn't available 10- TV has 8 channels and no USB option 11- Broken shower in the washroom (afraid to tell the authorities, they might ask us to fix it) 12- No Covid precautions

Is placed about 100 metres from the Holy Shrine. Rooms are spacious but the lighting was terrible. There were two lamps in a 200 square feet room. Complaints to reception were ignored if there was something that required attending to in the rooms. Despite promising that someone has been sent up to sort it out. The price was very fair though. Would definitely recommend however learning basic Farsi because Qom is ill accommodated for English speaking pilgrims.

Despite its location, right in the middle of everything, this large hotel is not imposing and is actually hidden from view, which is a good thing being immediately next door to important shrine. Great view of the plaza and the shrine itself. The amenities and service is good. The room was very clean and well organized. I truly enjoyed their breakfasts and appreciated good choice in everything. The reception offers safety boxes, good free-market rates exchange of currencies, travel and tour booking agencies.

Positives: - Rooms are spacious - Considering tourism infrestructure of Qom, the hotel is acceptable - Parking was free and good Negatives: - The washroom is the worst part of the room/ the showers are small The hotel is located very close to Old/ religious area of the city. If you are there for contemporary history or religious tourism, the location is perfect. We arrived @ 16:00 and still the room was not ready. They kept us there for 30 minutes without an apology or even offering a glass of water. Phisical condition/ service/ attitude ... manage your expectations and go there It is a good 3* or 3+*, not a 4*

Was booked for Karimiah hotel but they shifted us to Qom international being over booked. On checkout Qom International Hotel Charged us 1,000,000 IRR extra even for the 6 year old kid with extremely rude cashier named Muhammad Qurbakhani, horrible experience. Was on Ziarat so wasnt able to fight.

Qum International is one of the oldest hotels in town I am sure it must have been good at one time. It no longer is and I am bemused that our group organiser choose to put us up here. From the outside it looks perfectly reasonable. The reception area and foyer if good. Apart from the chaos at check and the fact that no one offers to take your luggage to you room, No issue carting your own luggage to you rooms. It is the rooms that is an issue. Dark and dingy is the first impression to put you off. Then you find the AC not working and within thirty minutes it is like a sauna. And no don't bother reporting to reception, as they do not do anything. Tough luck. So we ended spending the night and nearly had heat stroke. It was impossible to sleep. Next the bathroom. If you have phobia of small place do not go in. It is tiny. The shower tray is about three feet square with a shower curtain that is too short and you have a wet room. The curtain itself just about hangs in place and you have to be careful to pull it round. Not pleasant at all. Next the restaurant. What can I say. There were guest who warned us not to eat there. Apparently food put out at lunch is carted out later. One thing is certain - someone tried the salads and threw out a mouthful. It had a rancid taste. Enough said. Not a place you would want to stay. Try other hotels and avoid Qum International - nothing international about the accommodation.
