Good location, close to shrine and local markets.

Hotel needs full refresh and refurbishment, doesnt look like photos anymore. Not worth the cost they are asking.

We were a family group of 10, 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 elderly parents. Being so close helped when going out in the midday heat. Other hotel were better but involved walking further or crossing a crazily busy road. For our trip we choose this hotel knowing is negatives, as our aim was to be close to the shrine.

My reservation was done over the phone. Arriving there I realized, that NOT ONE of all employees spoke English. They had to call someone to help out.
Best: short walk to mosque through a nice alley and shops.

This is one of the best hotels in qom. The corridors and lobby have a gorgous marble interior and the breckfast is exellant. Large variaty and good food.
The rooms are nice but a balcony and guest toilet would be nice. Overall a good hotel.

Very terrible old hotel! With small rooms and tiny toilets! The facilities of the room is aged , smells bad, rotten and dirty, AC’s not working and they don’t provide any room cleaning or any other services, and the sell even the water!
This hotel doesn’t have Wifi and the breakfast is horrible!

The only good thing about this hotel is the distance from the shrine!
The management of this hotel needs to stop being greedy and look into serious improvements !

We stayed for one night on 25 April 2011. The location of the hotel is ideal for people visiting Masoomeh Qom shrine- it is among the closest hotels. The lobby is big, lots of spaces in common areas and a nice large sized room. Like elsewhere in Iran, the staff struggles with English language but are very helpful. The breakfast is good with reasonably good variety.

Unfortunately the internet server was down when we were there.

Qum International Hotel has to be one of the best if not the best hotel in Qum, especially if you on a pilgrimage to Bibi Masooma (R.A) shrine. The hotel is literally outside the shrine. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The rooms are good sized, make sure you ask for ‘English Toilet’ if you are used to that, as some rooms do not have this. The breakfast however is a bit disappointing, they do mostly eggs and the usual bread and butter. The restaurant food is ok, you can also order fast food at the reception delivered straight to your room and charged to your account. Language remains a barrier but a couple of people at reception do speak English. Wheelchair access at the hotel is also quite good. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 5 nights. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean hotel in Qum, this is the one.

In terms of the positives, the hotel is located very close to the shrine of Masuma which is a huge bonus. The rooms were also a good size which makes it perfect for a family of three and four. Finally, and quite surprisingly, the wifi was pretty good.

Now for the negatives. For those used to North American style establishments this hotel is not four star. I would classify it as a 3 star at best. You would think that a hotel that has the word "international" in it would have at least some of the front desk staff speak some english but no such luck here.

Although the rooms were clean, they were quite dated. The washroom is very small and poorly designed. Every time you turn the shower on the water leaks all over the floor. Room cleaning is slow and arbitrary. Food was average.

Despite my reservations though I likely would stay at this hotel again primarily because of its excellent location to the holy shrine.
