There was nothing wrong with the hotel per se. The rooms are big an have a terrace outside. Staff are friendly and there's a very good breakfast. It's close to town and by the river to access the forest. It's just a little impersonal and too many people loitering who shouldn't be there

Stayed here for two nights, room was large and perfectly adequate. The problem I had was lack of sleep due to staff sitting outside our room chatting/calling each other on their walkie talkies throughout the night. The cleaning staff also seemed to gather outside our room during the day, it was really odd! Everything was quite old, and I saw... More

Stayed in this hotel just recently. Rooms are big and clean. But the place feels like being in an Indonesian hospital. Open corridors with rooms alongside. The food in the restaurant is not too bad, but again, no atmosphere at all.

Your in a national park area so accomodations are at a minimum. The rooms are basic but clean. No air conditioning, there is a switch to turn on a fan but its super loud. The rooms are not very well ventilated, and kind of smelled like baby poop. There is wifi in the restaurant area.

The first impression of the hotel and room wasn't the best one. But to clarify - we arrived late at night, it was stormy, dark and generally not the best ambiance. But the next day all went ok. The room was really spacious. Simply furnished, but enough space. Comfortable beds, airconditions and gecos to avoid moskitos. Anyway better to have... More

I was booked in here for 1 night, whilst on a tour to Gunung Leuser NP to see the orang-utans. (it was not my choice). I read the reviews beforehand and was dreading the place, but in reality complaints about lack of wifi & some ants in rooms, is hardly worth worrying about. You are there to visit a National... Situated along the river close to the national park. Rooms are moderate with fan. Many locals use the river for recreation and leave a lot of rubbish behind in and around the river. The restaurant serves rather good food against normal prices. The atmospher in the restaurant is cold. The staff is friendly. In the main building WiFi is available,... More

I stayed here one night on a G Adventure trip. Rooms are very basic and non-memerable. Awful towels, good bed. My fan worked and didn't make much noise. Lovely fruit platter for breakfast and friendly staff. Service is slow so make sure to order dinner whilst you're not hungry. Wifi works at the reception only. You don't come here to... More
