Absolutely amazing place with great ambience. Food is also delicious. Spectacular view from Club room. Do try Sizzler. We took complimentary breakfast and À la carte for Lunch and Dinner so as to choose from a variety of options in the menu. Hospitality and Staff behavior is outstanding.

Initially when we reached at hotel our room was not ready there were no other person who can ask tea coffee or water rather than sanjeev pal,,operation manager. he cared about us and ask for bfast and all. He is the only person who cared very well during our whole stay, However hotel has panoramic view of lake, it's fantastic and amazing.

The ambience of hotel is just woww.. Staff there if friendly and service is also on the top. Staff ara available at any time for the service.. Food is also good but the only problem is the kitchen for veg and nonveg is same so that may be prblm for some.

Wonderful stay, the location is amazing, just next to Bhimtal lake. The view of the lake is so peaceful, prefer lake facing rooms. Easily one of the best hotels in Bhimtal. Highly recommend to anyone planning a stay here.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights with family. Hotel is very nice with a magnificent view of the Bhimrao. Just sitting there on the terrace is very relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel which also provides scrumptious food.
