Bhai galti se bhi ise book mat karna...or Agoda se to bilkul bhi ni... Bahut rude staff h.. Please don't book this hotel.. All staff is very clever... I was booked this from 17sept to 19sept 2021 for myself and my family have 1 year child and 3 years child and when I was reached there at night. Staff told me, there is no confirmation for your booking and lied me as hotel is full and they convinced me to leave the hotel but when I argued than they only agreed to stayed only night and in the morning left the room as soon as possible...Online booking is fake for this hotel...Please avoid such kind of hotels in the Bhimtal or Nainital who do the fake promises.. I give 0 rating for this...
