NATURE HERITAGE RESORT, A perfect Place to Stay at Bandhavgarh, Resort is Maintain in that way, that you feel you are in Bamboo Jungle. Staff are always in Smiling face whenever they come across either Early Morning while Going for safari at 05:00 AM or in Evening or in Night after Dinner. Food is Very Good & Tasty, Good Packaged Breakfast while going in Safari ride in Early Morning. Swimming Pool is also Big and Clean. I will Definitely Recommend, if you want to Enjoy Bandhavgarh Stay, Nature Heritage Resort is a Perfect Resort to Stay.

great location ,very friendly staff and great food.setup of resort is very ethnic and and gives quality time for guest.kapil rakesh managing very professionally. staff gave great welcome when you back from dusty safari they gives you wet towel according to season warm or solid cold and your room key with smile.even you do not need to ask your room number they remember and handover .must stay

It is an excellent hotel and for us a home away from home. I have been staying at nature heritage since 2016 and it continues to a superb choice. Very nice rooms, superb food and very courteous and extraordinary staff and service levels. Special shout out goes to Mr. kapil Tejwani (manager of the resort). Mr. kapil is superb with hospitality and one of the reasons by himself why we visit this property.

WORST EXPERIENCE - 20 Years Old property pls dont stay as rooms are not in good condition specially Phone not Working,Charging plugs not working,Bath room very unhygienic,Shabby,Water Tap damaged Overall would not recommend if you are spending more than 5000 per day there are many other good options Also due to surrounded in Open area lot of insects and lizards 🦎 dont waster money by staying in this property Manger attitude at reception also not good All Category rooms are very small & furniture is very old and not in Good condition

Its a great resort to stay in Bandhavgarh.We went in the month of march, still it was quite cold in the evening..The resort has cosy rooms and the resort gets very beautiful in the evening with lantern lighting..The food is Amazing with great variety for lunch dinner breakfast..The staff was very cooperative ..We even enjoyed the sitting area for snacks in the evening n early morning..The swimming pool is clean n well maintained.. The indoor game section is also good..hvnt seen a pool table in resorts since a while but this has one..The only thing that we would like resort to improve is Table tennis raquet and table net and chairs for carrom table..otherwise everything else is perfect.. Overall it was a great experience..Would love to come back n stay in this resort if we visit Bandhavgarh again..…

We recently spent five nights at nature heritage resort due to its proximity to Bandhavgarh National Park. This is a large, beautifully landscaped property with natural scenery in every nook and cranny. The ambiance is warm and tranquil, transporting you away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Spacious bungalow-style rooms were separated from one another to preserve guests' privacy. The majority of the furniture is crafted from bamboo and sourced locally, providing employment opportunities for local artisans and villagers. This resort is family-friendly, and the staff went above and beyond to assist in arranging local safaris and transfers. The resort has several restaurants that are very clean, hygienic, and serve buffet-style food. All meals were prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Food quality was superior, with well-balanced oil and spice levels, and exceeded our expectations, meeting the same high standards as the finest international restaurants to accommodate both local and international travellers. We also ordered room service, which arrived within 10 to 15 minutes with tea and snacks. My favourite daily attraction was the campfire area where you could order drinks and converse with fellow travellers over tiger tales and experiences. In addition, we witnessed a poolside pre-wedding haldi ceremony that was impeccably organized and featured local artisans and delectable food. The management was gracious enough to accommodate our last-minute request to book a party for our small group in their spacious and beautiful party hall, which typically accommodates between 150 and 200 guests. I spent 2 nights with a large group (15+ pax) across age groups and their only complaint was that we didn't stay another day. The ambience, the atmosphere and the food was great but you could probably find that in other resorts. What sets this one apart for me was the excellent maintenance and the owner's personal attention to guest comfort. Most great resorts fall short on these. You could see people working on the lawns and tress since early morning and well in to the day. This is definitely on my list of places to revisit.
