The hotel sits atop a tiny hamlet just ahead of the famous British-era golf course. In front of you lies one of the most mesmerizing views of the Himalayas running through the entire horizon ridge. It's a perfect location for those wanting a change from their city lives. If you are a birdwatcher, photographer, nature-enthusiast, or an artist of any kind, there's plenty to trek and explore around.

Detailed Reviews
This picturesque property is one of a kind in the state, offering cosy rooms with a spectacular mountain view, speedy internet and a warm - well trained - staff. What's unexpected is the fabulous food it offers, one wouldn't imagine enjoying wood-fired pizzas, chicken katsu and freshly brewed espresso drinks and a whole host of other Indian and Continental offerings in this remote part of the country, and yet here it is. Our trip couldn't have been better. Would recommend anyone travelling to Ranikhet to go for Alpine Rhapsody without a doubt.

The hotel with the best espresso coffee in and around Ranikhet!!
Every hotel room has been personally designed by the hosts to suit different vacation goals. The place is beautifully designed and offers all the comfort one could need in a serene place like Kalika.
The owners were the warmest hosts ever, with a lot to share about the place and it's culture.
Awesome furnishing and immaculate cleanliness all throughout my stay. Thankfully, Kalika was one of the few places where the pandemic did not reach as intensely, so I got to have a long vacation and came back completely satisfied!

Very Nice and cosy Cafe. Did not expect to get good thin crust Pizza in Ranikhet ! Loved the food and service.
The decor and the music ( Rock music playing softly) gave an up market feel.
Saw the rooms, seemed to be good with an excellent view.

Thank you for the review! The chef is delighted to know that you enjoyed our wood-fired pizzas. We would love to host you again at The Coffee Cellar. Do visit in the winters, when the skies clear up to reveal a view of the Himalayas while enjoying a cup of coffee.

This was recommended as a great pizza place by a friend who visits often.
We located it on Google maps and were delighted with the food we got on a cold November evening. Few tourists seem to visit at this time of the year., we were the only dinner guests. They were happy to serve us. The garlic bread with cheese was superb, the pepperoni pizzas and the soup were well made. If you are looking for a good meal or a snack in the Ranikhet area, this is the place to visit.

+1
Alpine Rhapsody.
We were on the way to Kausani from Jim Corbett. Spent some time at Rani Jheel in Ranikhet before continuing our journey.Â
It was getting close to 2 PM.
Though we had a late and hearty breakfast, we had started feeling hungry. I have no idea how on the first view and impression of an eating placeone decides how the food will be. But most of us do that. Sometimes it works out and sometimes it does not.
What happened was, while on the lookout for a place to eat, we saw and rejected a few restaurants.
Then we chanced to see Alpine Rhapsody.
It looked ok. Somehow felt here the food would be ok.
We were not disappointed.
We had Dal tadka, mixed vegetables, jeera rice and phulka. Surprisingly the prices were pocket friendly. We felt we had got value for money. One does not want more than that.So if you are on the way to Kausani around meal times drop in to Alpine Rahspody, from personal experience I can confidently say you will enjoy the meal.

Wonderful place to stay in. Located midway between Majkhali and Ranikhet, Alpine Residency has nice views, excellent staff and clean well kept rooms. The restaurant serves good wood fired pizzas. What stands out are the open spaces for kids to play in.
