The review is for the inhouse restaurant, as we visited the place for lunch. The hotel is situated within Market Place with parking facility. During travel, we visited late for the lunch, when the restaurant was vacant. The restaurants has adequate sitting provisions however looks to be moderately maintained. We ordered certain veg dishes, the serving was prompt, foods were reasonably priced as well as tasty, staffs were courteous. No card payments, hence paid in cash. Overall a reasonable dining option within market place.

whatever you see about the pics its totally opposite. the rooms are dirty. they don't even provide a soap and if u want one u need t pay for it. secondly until u don't tell them, they wont even clean your room. the room we got the geyser plug was not working and we were asked to take bath in another room. its later after so many requests someone fixed the geyser. when asked about room heater they said 500/- per day as a charge.don't visit such a place. another thing is that if you don't know the location then never book this place as its situated at a great height. In IBIBO website no where its mentioned that you need to walk so much to reach this parvati homes. Its after i paid the amount in the voucher it says few stairs.(Few stairs cant be 1 km). when i checked the rates at parvati i found that there is no difference if i booked though IBIBO or directly. My advice don't book this place ever until you have budget issues..

We had gone to Ranikhet to escape the pollution in Ghaziabad due to Diwali. We had booked a Semi-Deluxe room through Stayzilla at Parwati Inn. The booking went through smoothly. I got a call from the hotel 5 days before the scheduled date to confirm our plan. Stayzilla rep called me 3 days before to confirm. The hotel is located towards the beginning of the Sadar Bazar which is the main market of Ranikhet right above the bus stand. Our first night we had to endure the noise of the buses coming and going. A very noisy location. However, the following 2 nights only the sound of crackers disturbed us till about 11pm. The reception was welcoming and we were shown 2 rooms to choose from. The room was decent. It was spacious, had 2 cushioned comfortable chairs with a coffee table. There was a 21" CRT TV with cable channels which showed all the English movie channels. A dressing table, and cupboard were also provided. The only thing that the semi-deluxe and deluxe rooms do not have geyser. However, that being said, on calling room service, we were given buckets of hot water within 10 mins. Room service was prompt and polite. The evening before checkout, I had settled my bill and asked Lalit at the reception to provide us with bed tea at 6:30am. At 6:25 am the following morning we were given tea. Lalit really made our stay enjoyable. The food we ordered was tasty, and hygienic. We had a reasonable wait time of 10-15 mins for the food to be prepared. The service is very good. Fortunately for us, due to it being Diwali period, occupancy was at a low. Therefore we got great service all through our stay.

One of the worst experience i had at this place . My nanital's trip was very painful because of this hotel .We were taken aback when we enter this dirty place .They dont have restaurant still they gave us complimentary breakfast which was totally disaster. The tiny kitchen was stinking .the rooms were dirty .the bathroom where full of cobwebs use to clean just once while u r staying .
I only advice if u can climb about 1 kmsteep hill then about 40 steps then only u must try this hotel.

Hell with this hotel stay. Your mood for Nainital trip will be vanished. Stinking rooms, cockroach full bath rooms. Dark corridors -- no courtesy. No response at the counter. A man in suit at reception counter never look at the customer's face. Overall stay in this hotel is very painful.

Although this place offers a budget stay, the staff wasn't up to the mark. They could have done better. The room at the first floor is somewhat better. The view at the right side of the hotel is good, some cleaning would definitely help.
Washrooms were ok.

Its a nice place for budget stay. The main issue is it is a bit uphill so elder people might face some difficulty. They do provide pickup and drop facility but one need to wait a lot for that since they have very limited cars. The rooms were nice but would really appreciate if they were a bit more clean. All and all a nice budget stay but remember about uphill prob.

Good hotel.
In the mid of city.
Nice view of Himalayas from super deluxe room.
Rooms are ok with just the basic facilities.
A separate bar is available above the hotel from which room service is provided.
Overall an okay budget hotel.

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Chakouri from Kathgodam. We stayed in Super dlx rooms for which we got very good deal. The rates were exclusive of breakfast. They have a restaurant on ground floor, which serves very good food - we ordered tandoori chicken, tandoori roti, dal fry, mixed veg, chicken soup and malai kofta. The rooms were large with heaters provided and LCD TV and wi-fi available. Bathrooms were Clean and tidy, provided with clean towels and basic toiletries. Geyser works very well with piping hot water to get you comfortable shower. Room has attached verandah overlooking Himalayas which offers magnificent views ! There are 4 very good sweet shops just opposite the hotel to satisfy your taste buds, if you wish to :)
