The room is big size and the location is superb, beautiful view of mountains in front of the hotel. Staff is very cooperative and supportive,Food was very delicious. I would definitely prefer to stay there again
The hotel is located in beautiful location. One can see the Himalayan range from the balcony of the Room. The staffs are courteous. Delicious and tasty Kumuni food . Places like Hedakhan temple, Ranijheel, Chaubatia Garden and nearer - one must see.
I booked it through Travel triangle , very old style and dirty hotel. Not 3 star standard hotel , I wudnt recommend it. Location is okay , parking spacious , but washrooms are pathetic and smelly . My travel triangle agent booked it against my advice, though food was good in restaurant.
Arrangements 4 parking(spacious) and driver. Could be cleaner but polite and helpful staff. We had booked a normal room but I am rather tall (5'11") and the doorway to the washroom was low so reported it to the manager who said all rooms available in our category would have the same problem. We met Mr. Saleh, the owner who upgraded us to a comfortable cottage at no extra cost and even offered his own house, said his family was away and the guest's comfort his first priority! We declined his generous offer, he visited us twice to enquire if the cottage was good enough and to share some thoughts with us. Really, a very humble, honest and helpful person.
Its good hotel in Ranikhet as its in main market area. Restaurant location is good but quality, test of food is not so good and even though its much costly. Rooms are of old style and average in quality, need more maintenance & cleanness.
