The hotel is located on main Shivpuri road. They have secured and gated parking for 3 cars. The rooms are big with clean washrooms and linens. The owner is humble person who loves to talk with guests. They do have their restaurant and bar but we did not tried it. They have a good AC and 24x7 running hot water. The property is good for families for staying overnight. The location of jhansi fort is just 2 Km from this hotel.

Stayed with friends on 17th Jan 2020. Check in was Ok and rooms are small and equipped with Window type air conditioner. Secured car parking available. We checked after 10 PM and departed around 6 AM so our review is limited to our short time observations Pros: On the Shivpuri Main road Cons: Need lot of attention

Staff very nice and accommodating. Room with all amminities in good condition. Restaurant serves very good food at all times of the day. Hotel area not interesting however auto rickcha always available. THIS HOTEL is highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to Jhansi railway station and is located on the main road... the room had hot and cold running water, toiletries, clean linens, cozy bed, AC, TV and WiFi, which was working. Hotel has a small banquet hall, a bar and decent restaurant... the price was reasonable too... Nothing is flashy here, though nothing to complaint as well. Good value for money.

The hotel is very neat and clean, centrally located, courteous staff and awesome sumptuous food. Very comfortable stay, though a little noisy internally at times. But for the price and courtesy a good value for money hotel.

I happen to travel to Jhansi for work and since the train arrived in afternoon so was hungry and needed some good Food. Since, I am familiar with Jhansi so decided to try eating at Sita Hotel. Well, to my surprise, the ambience of the hotel is good despite situated in the vicinity of Jhansi Cantt. At first look you wont get to know that their is a hotel on the Cantonment road but as soon as you enter the property, you will not regret. The restaurant is nicely lit and decorated with ample space so I was greeted to a table and asked for the menu. To my surprise the menu had a lot of variety but I choose to stick to the basics of ordering Kadhai Paneer, Daal Makni, Green Salad, Curd and Indian Breads. When the food arrived, which took a little time, I found it tasty rather delicious. I enjoyed the meal and though maybe as I was hungry so I could have liked the food but then I realized that the food was good and that is why I could eat well. Not to take the credit away from the hotel, I really enjoyed the dishes and hope to come again, maybe this time for a diner.…

We had lunch at Hotel Sita - not crowded at all and chilly paneer was very good! This is around 2 kms from the railway station. It may not be walkable as there is a bridge construction happening nearby.

I have visited Jhansi on 02 May 2016 with my wife.i have visited some places in Jhansi and Orchha around 28 Kms from my hotel Sita.i stayed for 02 nights.this hotel is excellent for its amnities and hospitality..maximum foreigners visiting Jhansi are staying in this hotel.this hotel is only 1.5 km away from Jhansi Jn railway station.Also 02 Kms away from Jhansi bus stand.connectivity is very good to all places in and around Jhansi.Food is awesome and so are the rooms.one must stay here if happen to visit Jhansi.this is a good budget hotel.
