They don’t care for customer, worst staff specially reception guy who is very rude. Ali Murtuza the manager of the hotel is not taking any responsibility. I don’t recommend anyone to visit this hotel. Important point - if you book from online platform they don’t care about anything. They only give importance who books directly from hotel.

At this price you will get much much better deals in mahakaleshwar Ujjain this is just over ranked and overpriced, and staff service is pathetic. No cleanliness at all . The toilets are like mcd ones,ac never works had to change 3 rooms in the 1-night stay. better not to pre-book them and on to this their misbehaviour of staff.

Excellent service. You get room service without any delay. Pleasant experience without hassle. The location is very close to Mahakaleshwar Temple around 1 KM. Everything was just perfect , ambience , staff, service highly recommended

Worst property I have ever visited till now . We have Booked this property For 2 days for my niece wedding and the behaviour of the staff and the hotel owner is so rude and unprofessional. Guests have to wait at reception for 3/4 hrs. Poor strength of housekeeping staff. Their are no services for the wedding guest in room like toiletries , tea pot , Walt and specially they refused us to change the Bedsheet and toiletries for wedding guest . I just recommend not to book this property .
