I stayed at shiv sagar close to madhuram restaurant, Room services wasnt good enough, the amount which they ask wasnt worth it, room services were terrible, in bathroom taps were chocked, anyways, 4/5 for hygiene. Most importantly, cops dont allow car to park close to their premises. One should explore more hotels.

It's very good hotel.. staff is also very good. And main thing is very near to temple just 5 mins by walk.. They have travel desk also.. the price is also very reasonable. Hotel service is good. If I visit next time surely I will stay in this hotel only...

the location of hotel is big advantage, hotel is very near to key attraction of Ujjain, all big temples are nearby, hotel very clean and rooms are also big and spacious. staff behavior is very good. good place to stay with family.

Today date 25- December 2023, around 12:00 in Noon , my wife called this Hotel Shiv Sagar for Room booking, she was talking to Mr Vijay and had a deal provided for Rs.3500 /per night for two days. Then my wife was talking to him about the cab services from the Hotel to Indore Airport and he said 1500 for hatch-bag Swift. In the middle of conversation my wife passed the phone to me for cab conversation and I asked Mr Vijay that 1500 is too much for swift and last time we hired Ertiga for about 1300 and this guy started talking to me in a very rude manner when i said is the the way you talk to your customers he said i am not rude an you know what he hugged up on me and when my wife him again after 5 times called he answered the phone and said that there is no room for us.
This is like first time i am seeing this behaviour that the manager/owner whoever it is how arrogant he was with us. I was feeling so harrassed the way he talked to me and hunged up on me very rude and unprofessional. I will make sure i am passing on the same message to family and friends the way this guy behaved with us today. Really spoiled our Christmas today !!!

My stay was for one night from 19 January to 20 January.Hotel is near to Shri mahakaal mandir.Room,bathroom,bedsheets,towels were neat and clean.Breakfast was limited but good.Thanks to MMT for best price.i recommended this hotel.

A very newly opened hotel 5 min from Mahakal mandir and most places like ram ghat, harsiddhi mandir... Nice rooms with all modern facilities.. Only drawback no restaurant in house as of now but will open shortly but we can get food in room itself... Will surely suggest

This is one of the good hotels in Ujjain in budget category. The famous Mahakaleshwar Temple is at a walking distance from hotel. The rooms are really luxurious just like a 3 star hotel. The hotel prices are really economical when you see the rooms and the facilities. They dont have an inhouse restaurant but they arrange food from outside. The breakfast was fairly descent. The hotel staff was also helpful. This hotel is newly built and the rooms are clean.

Horrible hotel. Dirty bed seets, Pillow cover and Duvets, full of hairs , dirt & foul smell. Wen asked to change they argue & refuse. Forced to Check out at 9 AM (said their Check out time is 9 AM), even when I reached at 2 AM, and wife was shivering from fever. Which hotel forces its guests to check out at 9 in the morning???

Had a cery bad experience as all the cockroaches were in our bags and the staff was very rude and not supportive as all please never board this hotel at room... even they misplaced our things which we handed over to them for laundry..
