Hotel is at good location near to Sri Mahakaleshwar temple. Having neat and hygiene. Food at Modak restaurant was excellent. Rooms are good and comfortable. However following things can be improved 1. Staff to have courteous at reception. 2. Service at the restaurant is very slow, even you get finger bowl after 15 min even after repeated requests. 3. Bathrooms requires some maintenance.

Jai Mahakal I visited this place in September. The city of Mahakal (Shiva). We enjoy a lot. We stayed in this hotel. Staff is good, food is good, good lobby. Overall perfect place to visit. After Mahakal Temple you should visit Harsiddhi Mata Temple (Visit In the evening only), Kal Bhairav Temple, Bharthari Caves (Not for the Asthma Patients), Mangal Mandir & Raja Vikramaditya Museum. Very worst service ever seen. Staff not responsive, least intrested, bad behaviour, not timely service. Stupid people. Never visit again. We would stay either on street rather then this hotel. Half things not working in rooms. And staff not responsive to children

Hotel staff is friendly and well maintained property best in ujjain. Front office is friendly and helped a lot and property is very near to mahakaleshwar temple,Rooms are spacious and clean and hotel has huge space to walk around

never stay here. they will ask you to check out at 7 AM . They dont have tea maker in room. their restaurant opens at 9 Am so no breakfast even. no safe water to drink . i literally had to bag to them to allow me to have shower and i will check out. They kept on knocking the door. Beds blanket are the dirtiest . if you have asthma you will die

Dear guest We never said to check out the hotel guest at 7:00 am Your information is incomplete, we provide tea maker in the room. Our restaurant is open 24 hours॰ complete staff arrives at 7:00 am Breakfast time is 08:30 am to 10:30 am We have R॰O॰ plant for drinking water .

I had booked two rooms. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was cooperative. Hotel was big. Hotel has an area to play games such as slides, swing for children around 3-5 years. They are having restaurant which offers vegetarian food. Food was good. Morning breakfast was delicious. They are having an elevator.
