Over the last three decades, the name “Neemrana” has become synonymous with the breathtakingly restored 15th-century Fort-Palace, now a symbol of heritage, luxury, and revival. For architects, Neemrana Fort-Palace stands as a remarkable example of transforming a neglected ruin into a 14-tiered marvel, complete with palace wings, courts, and terraced gardens. This restoration has earned it numerous national and international accolades. For travelers, it represents a journey through over five centuries of history, seamlessly blended with modern comforts. Situated just 100 kilometers from Delhi, Neemrana Fort-Palace is conveniently located off the NH8 highway to Jaipur, making it a preferred destination for celebrations, conferences, yoga retreats, or simply a quiet getaway. Built in 1464 CE, the Fort-Palace sprawls across 10 hectares (25 acres) atop a plateau in the two-billion-year-old Aravalli ranges. Its grandeur unfolds across 14 levels, offering an array of experiences for guests.

Neemrana Fort-Palace hotel is often celebrated for its tranquil charm and cultural richness, with guests consistently applauding the cleanliness and heritage decor. The staff's service garners compliments for their attentiveness, although some guests suggest there's room for improvement in training.
While the hotel's array of cultural events and amenities receive high marks, opinions on value are divided, with many feeling it is overpriced, especially regarding food and services. Room experiences vary, but the hotel's location is widely praised for its beauty and convenience.

Best getaway from Delhi NCR in the lap of Aravali
We found our stay most comfortable and memorable. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. In the COVID times as well the staff was extremely cautious about sanitization and maintain utmost hygeine.
Good food, Grt hospitality, awesome scenic views, beautiful lighting at night... What more can one expect, not to forget peacock voices in evening and morning makes u feel nostalgic
The property has beautiful rooms with extra seating capacity, porch and balconies facing towards city makes the moment unforgettable.
We felt Special because of:
Rajni (Arcturus Holidays 8284960604) #arcturusholiday on fb who helped me in finding this
Mohit Taneja(Sales),
Mr.Satish B for personalising the moment we entered the property,
Mr. Vivek Shukla for all the arrangements and sharing quality time with us, Mahesh Chand for helping us with details of property

In Covid times when most Hotels are struggling to survive, Neemrana Fort has taken up this challenge head-on by maintaining high standards of hygiene and having the place sanitized. Entry restricted to residents and staff is courteous. Rooms are spacious opening into a grand balcony for a picturesque view at night. Food being served in disposable plates for Covid reasons. Also, food was average. The GM of the property Mr. Vivek Shukla took personal care of our comfort and we were happy to be upgraded to a bigger room and treated to a moonlit dinner at the rooftop :) Overall good experience. Waiting for the common facilities at the Hotel to open again.

I visited Neemrana fort on 22nd June, the staff and specially Mr. Pankaj Jain, took all the necessary precautions before welcoming us, they were wearing PPE kits including gloves, mask and everything was on point. At the gate of the fort we were sanitised using the body sanitiser spray then only we were allowed at enter. Then we were taken to our room i guess that was Pukhraj Mahal which had a very mesmerising view with a big balcony. Food was also prepared and packed very hygienically.
My overall experience was very good even during the covid time.

One of its kind experience.
Really liked the location and the beauty of the fort.
However only lower part of palace is 15th century heritage property and rest is recently constructed.
So it baffles me why modern amenities like wifi and solar powered infrastructure is not available at the property. There are power cuts everyday and no power back up in place.
The wifi signal is so weak, that you can't even load your mails or any social media page. They also switch off the wifi from 12pm to 1:30 every day as is apparently the hotel policy.
The restaurants do not answer your phone and no department will transfer your call to another department. You will have to wait for an hour to get in room dining which is served in disposal plates despite claiming to be a 5 star palace hotel.
The restaurant menu is limited but even then the food is not great. Not a single item we had stands out in our mind- it's just dhaba food served in a 5 star setting.
The staff expect tips for everything including bringing you your complimentary bottles of water, tidying your room or even delivering you a pair of slippers or towels which should have been in the room in the first place.
The room we stayed in had plumbing issues which when highlighted to the housekeeping staff were not addressed.
The"heritage tour" of the property is a mere gimmick to show activities available at the property. They just tell you the names of the rooms and why they're called so.
The restaurants close at 10:30pm so don't expect midnight buffets or 24 hour dining options

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback. We are glad to receive your kind appreciation about the location and the beauty of this at this historical property which dates to the 15th century and has been revitalised by Neemrana over the last three decades. However, we are sorry to learn that few aspects of the hotel were not up to your expectations. Please accept our heartfelt apologies for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay. We would be happy to inform you that the Neemrana Fort-Palace, is privately owned and was completely vandalized when it was taken up by the Neemrana team for restoration in 1986. Three acres of the property is in the old fort – built and extended over 520 years. Since it was built for warfare, it had no gardens, pools, spaces with views that have been added. Please note that wing no. 1,2,3 and 4 are 15th century areas which has been restored and 5,6,7, 8, and 9 wings are newly constructed areas. Further, as we strive to infuse life into a ruined and unused building, we have tried to restore charm of 15th century and maintained the property in its original form and glory. We have noted your observation regarding the wifi. Please note that there are designated areas for wi-fi as the stone walls are rather thick and due to the structure of the property sometimes the signals are not strong in the guest rooms. Nevertheless, the same has been conveyed to the IT Manager who shall do the needful to improve the same. As per our discussion with the hotel manager, we would like to inform you that the food is served in disposables for the room dining and outside areas of the restaurant due to the COVId-19 safety measures. In the restaurant we serve in crockery’s only. Please be assured that your observation has been shared with the corporate Chef who shall work closely with the unit Chef to enhance the menu for greater guest delight. Your other observations have been shared with the concerned department head who shall conduct the necessary training for the service team members and ensure that guests are comfortable and enjoy all the services and amenities offered. We are surprised to receive your feedback regarding the heritage tour as we always receive positive comments from the guests about the heritage tour. Although, your comments have been conveyed to the team and make the heritage tour more informative. As you may be aware that we have fixed timings for serving the meals. The Front office manager always inform the guests during the check-in about the timings of the meals and closing time of the restaurants. We do not have 24 hours running restaurant at the hotel. Please accept our sincere apologies once again for the inconvenience caused to you. It is our endeavour to improve our services and feedback such as yours helps us to do so. We are hopeful that you will not hold this against us and will give us a chance to overlay your past experience with a fresh and memorable one. Warm Regards, Team Neemrana feedback@neemranahotels.com

We booked our stay at Neemrana fort palace for 3 nights in Gajendra Mahal which is at 12th level of the fort. The view from our private terrace was surreal. We found our stay most comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. I visited the fort during COVID times but the staff was extremely cautious about sanitization and utmost hygeine. The food was really good and chef in fact paid special attention to the taste demand of the guest. For us it was a real pleasant stay.

After 4 months of lockdown we were looking for a 5 night break not far from Delhi. What a find. The hotel are taking every precaution possible, temperature taken and bags sanitized on arrival. Hand sanitizers placed at entrance of all restaurants and bars. Seats and tables sanitized after use. The staff are genuinely doing their best in these troubled times and we really appreciated it.
Our room the Krishna Mahal was beyond all expectations. A very comfortable bed, nice sitting area with a beautiful rocking chair.
The two terraces were perfect too. The fabulous purdah terrasse where you can enjoy watching the village life and stay safe from the sun. Then the second terrasse which has the most wonderful views of the village life, the sunset and the wonderful fort, especially made for when they illuminate the fort at night. The food also was excellent. Impossible to diet here, the breakfasts are filling, homemade biscuits and chai at 5pm then a wonderful choice for lunch and dinner.
Can't wait to stay again!

This was my first stay in a fort / palace and I loved it. Stayed at Jal mahal, which overlooks a pool in the new wing of the fort.
Pros:
Neemrana is very accessible from NCR with couple of good eateries on the way.
Its a real fort stay and an experience in itself.
On the Diwali evening, the hotel management organised a traditional cultural evening that mesmerised visitors of all ages. Kudos for thinking out of the box.
Rooms are cosy and come with individual balconies to have your sip of tea while basking in the fort's environment.
Cons:
Food : The food spread in Dinner was good but food served was cold. You don't expect that when you are paying a handsome amount for the food. Plus their attitude is really callous as on iterating this issue they simply said "you could have told us, we would have warmed the food". The breakfast spread is also very limited.
Rooms: Although the rooms are cosy, they are overpriced. The bed is small and mattress is not comfortable. Who keeps wrought iron beds these days !
Overall, I believe its good to experience once. But the hotel is too pricey compared to the level of service they are offering.
And on TA multiple travelers have complained about their food but they don't seem to take heed.

I visited this property for the first time as it was my wife's birthday so thought of exploring it it was really a superb experience from the moment we enter the palace staff was following all the safety measures everybody was wearing the mask sanitisers dispenser are placed almost at every corner of the fort. If someone is not wearing mask then staff is requesting them to wear it which is a very good thing. social distacing is also followed at restaurant on the gap of one & other table. Property is very nice if u are willing to go there then I would say don't wait for it just go there & experience it. I would like to say special thanks to Mohit Taneja for the great hospitality over there.overall it was a superb experience I am definitely going back to this place again soon👍

Simply put, it's a value for money proposition for those looking to just relax. There are a few things to keep yourself busy like zip-line or vintage car ride (1200ish per person), other than venturing in this property.
I stayed in One of their budget rooms and paid 12000+tax for 2 days which included breakfast and evening tea/snacks, both served as buffet in one of their restaurant.
There is evening entertainment as well, where 2 local musicians played rajasthani folk music. You can imagine sipping your beer in one of their courtyards with live music.
Due to covid food is not served in room or may be it's like that from pre-covid times. Staff is courteous and really helpful. Special thanks to Pawan kumar and Karmapal ji for arranging for a complimentary cake on such short notice.
You have to walk quite a bit up and down the stairs if you want to tour this property. The good part is that each wing has some seating area where you can relax. Lunch and dinner are served as buffet as well. Cost is between 1250 to 1350 + tax each. Alternatively, there is a bar cum restaurant that serves snacks but the menu is limited.
One piece of advice, check the size of bed before booking. Some rooms have 2 single beds and some have queen size. I believe, expensive rooms have king size beds.

At Neemrana, we try and keep a balance between old-world charm and modern amenities so that the past is not completely obliterated. Since the rooms are equipped with minibars and tea and coffee makers, common hospitality practices like room service is avoided as the property is tiered over 14 levels with hanging gardens and terraces. Further, the website is updated with the description and the picture of the rooms. We always recommend the guests to connect with our reservations team to connect with the sales team to ensure that you are offered something perfectly tailored to your expectations. We would like to thank you for your stay and look forward to welcoming you at our other properties across India ! Warm Regards, Team Neemrana feedback@neemranahotels.com

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your inquiry about the Neemrana Fort-Palace.
Please note that there are 2 lifts installed in the newly built section of the property. These can take guests straight from the drive near the parking to the gardens at level 7 and a second lift takes you to level 9 from where the pool and gardens are accessible. But these do not give access to the whole Fort-Palace and directly to the rooms. Kailash Burj room is ideal for guests who want to avoid many steps. Van Mahal, Deva Mahal, Ambar Burj, Kailash Burj, Parvati Mahal rooms are recommended for the elderly guests. Further, a chair-palanquin service is also provided for the dining area and the gardens.
Please note due to architectural constrains the property is not wheelchair friendly.
We also recommend you the other hotels which are recommended for the elderly guests. Tijara Fort-Palace located in Alwar, it has lift in the Rani Mahal and this hotel is wheelchair friendly as well. You can also consider Hill Fort-Kesroli located in Alwar which has rooms on ground floor and wheelchair friendly as well.
Please connect with our reservations team for any further inquiry.
Warm Regards,
Team Neemrana
