Good for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The property and building may not look very impressive but it is a good hotel at reasonable price. Bright side: Rooms are specious. Clean. Basic amenities are in place. Service is good. Room has working fridge. Sometimes cable tv may not be working for the want of cable subscription. Location is good and easy to get Ola/ Uber or auto rickshaw Flip side: Furniture and fixtures have gone bit old. Lifts need maintenance. I don’t know why but breakfast some how lack taste. And it is very much repetitive. While the restaurant in basement that open on main road is good.
If you need 24hr check out, please book directly at hotel. Not through app.

The hotel was clean and well kept . The staff were very helpful and polite and accomidating. They have a 24 hour checkin policy which is very convenient during travel. The breakfast buffet was good quality with something for kids too

Great hotel that is easy on the pocket. Never booked a stay here but have visited for the Breakfast , lunch and dinner buffet multiple times at this hotel. Never miss an opportunity to have their Sumptuous authentic south Indian buffets whenever I am around Secunderabad.

We frequented the restaurant previously so when I needed a hotel during a recent visit it seemed like a good option.
Location, location, location- perfectly located in walking distance to shopping district, Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Plenty of transport options including the metro (accessible from paradise less than 1km walk).
The staff seemed eager to please and are happy to oblige with requests and room service is quite quick as well.
The room has decent space and the air conditioning is good, a locker is provided as is a wardrobe with hangers. Tea/coffee making facilities consist of a kettle with green tea bags and sugar (no coffee or milk powder).
Unfortunately there ends the good news. The hotel is tired looking and the rooms are badly in need of updating.
Road noise is almost constant with honking from 6am to late night (even though I was on the 3rd floor).
Add to this the problem of cockroaches which they finally acted upon only after I took videos and showed at reception. They promised they would call in pest control the next day but that didn’t happen at least while I was there. I am not one to put down hotels especially after the time they must have had with Covid but felt this is basic hygiene issue and they seem to not care. I wouldn’t go there again myself.

Firstly very bad staff , not responsible , except cleaners . we ordered multiple items which came very late nearly 30 minutes in a place with least crowd. no manager was responsible in their answers and were reckless. one of the items we ordered was onion raita, which has come in watery liquid with few onions . I specifically showed the dish to manager and he did not bother about my complaint . please stay away from this place

Photos on website are misleading . The photos are of restaurants which are good. Breakfast buffet good. It is an old hotel which badly needs. Reception area was shabby . Room Service was good Rooms need updating

We, classmates with spouses total of around 30 , stayed in the hotel for 3 nights for our reunion. It was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed. Rooms are spacious, well designed , though bathrooms are a bit small. Food is good/tasty and restaurant /room service are appreciable. Hotel is centrally located , near to railway station and shopping center.Recommend for stay.

Most convenient 24 hrs check in- check out policy. Excellent two vegetarian restaurants with very courteous staff. Cleanliness in hotel and rooms are eye catching. Provided excellent meeting hall close by.

1) I'd rather say, that the room was only half ready when I checked in with improper supplies of the towels, bed sheets, pillows, tissues and the list goes on. The bed was not even tidy, had to call the house keeping to have it cleaned up.
2) When you call the house keeping/reception or whosoever, they listen to only as much as they want and they hang up on their own will, it doesn't matter whether you as a customer are done with the conversation or not.
3) Here comes the worst part, in my room the hot water was not coming in and so upon my repeated calls an attendant comes in. He comes in with a shabby footwear with all the dirt, goes into the washroom makes a real good mess of the floor and after he fixes it, he just walks out with the body language as if he did a favor to me without even bothering to clean up. I gave up on the housekeeping and I attended to it.
It is horrible for the price you pay, I would never ever venture to step in again.

If you're getting a room above the lowest rate then yes, you'll get a mini fridge. Tristar is a typical 3 star.
I'd recommend a higher value room at the the tristar. And the rest can be booked via other mediums found around the hotel.
Please eat Biryani at Paradise. And local attractions can be bargained at the reception. Hyderabad only has food to offer nd nothing else. Repeat- Biryani at paradise.
