This is in a walking distance from Secunderabad station. Has a restaurant and a banquet hall in the premises and all famous restaurants and cafes of Secunderabad are at a walkable distance. Rooms are good and spacious and sweice is right at 3* standards. Highly recommended.

Centrally located and convenient for business purpose. Situated on main road near Clock Tower. But this is far from Airport. Food is good and served portion is adequate. The buffet lunch and breakfast has good variety served at Lazeez. Sleep quality is fine. Service is fine.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are grand. They are well furnished. They provide tea and coffee makers in the room. The bathrooms are very good. The hotel is located on Sarojini Devi Road opposite the former Sigma Hospital. The reception area is large. The conference halls are very nice. The hotel is patronised by people for weddings, engagements and birthday parties.
The breakfast is grand and so are the other meals served in the restaurant.
The hotel provides a good selection of newspapers as well.
I recommend that people stay at this hotel when in Secunderabad.

Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast spread is decent. Hotels management though is very rude. The reception desk is the same. Request for extension for a couple of hours is met with a tariff seeking for full day. Any request for house keeping or room service has to be made multiple times, they keep asking us to to dial a different number each time- no professional coordination. They do not clear old used plates for days together. Very petty mindset and policy of hotel- eg they charge even for ice cubes

I stayed there for two nights. Wonderful construction, clean rooms, and good amenities in the room. Few challenges which were not anticipated at a place like this. 1. Poor WiFi - repeated requests did not make any difference, they will not correct the situation, neither let the service engineer come to the room and try to tell that some problem in my system. I had three hour long meetings on both the evenings, which I could not attend using the hotel wifi, and I had to use my phone with added data purchase. They even did not agree to change the room as the router near my room may not be functional. It was working well in the lobby, so internet was not a problem, only the attitude to help was lacking. 2. Very interesting breakfast: lots of spread, but they cannot serve filter coffee, black coffee and takes ages to get "eggs to order". They kept persuading for ginger black tea, if we asked for black coffee or filter coffee. 3. I had to leave at 4:30 AM and I requested the previous evening, if one veg sandwich can be packed. First they said, it is not possible that early in the morning. I requested that it may be packed and delivered in the night and I can carry in the morning. That also was not possible as per the front desk.

I called the hotel and spoke to the manager Sadwik and he confirmed to me that my booking through your website is not confirmed and i will need to re-book again with him and was charging me much more than the price i initially received on my booking document from you guys. I had recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be just about OK. My colleague in Secunderabad had done the reservation and the check in was quite smooth. The room was large and the facilities minimal. The highpoint was the coffee-maker that I badly needed! The bed and bathroom facilities were upto the mark. Had a good night's sleep. Room service needs improvement as the persons engaged for the service seemed to lack training. Food served in the room was not quite good and there was some confusion in serving what I had ordered.
The location of the hotel is good and I could reach my clients within reasonable time.
With good training of its staff, the hotel can do better.

This is the second time I had been to this hotel as it is located very near to Secundrabad station. It makes me convenient to travel. However, the staff is very rude and they do not treat their guest well. Especially the ones that are at the reception. They cancelled my booking and did not provide me with a refund. Never ever book this hotel.

The room in which i stayed was very comfortable and spacious. The furnishing and fittings were very tasteful and good quality. The service is prompt and efficient. Cleanliness is a bit of an issue, but nothing unhygienic. The food quality is excellent and portions very large. Overall a good hotel to stay in.

The Hotel Staff, Managers, House Keeping and Breakfast was amazing and worth the whole stay at the RRH. The Managers couldn't do enough to make our stay most enjoyable. We highly recommend the RRH and will be staying there again in 2019.
