It was a wonderful experience when I visited Mount abu for the first time. It was a peak winters in Mount abu and I happened to be placed in Delhi in my Job. Initially, I had shown some resistance to my Boss who had directed me to go on duty . This is because of peak winter season in January . Believe me when I stayed in Mount Abu for a couple of days , winters were all forgotton. Pollution free enviornment in Mount abu,Stayed at hotel abugrand healthy food, calm and serene atmosphere made my stay so attractive that I fell in love with the place.Early morning you could see clouds at your feet and touching your palm.Green trees and boat rides added beauty to the place.It was indeed my most memorable experience so much so after the very first visit, I am a regular visitor to the place every year.

We were planning to visit hotel abu grand at mount abu since the time it opened long ago but finally visited it on my Birthday. The ambience of the Hotel is really beautiful. Rooms interior was good decorated. Rooms were so neat and clean.The food was delicious. The head Chef especially came to our table to take the order and it was a very personalized experience. The menu is quite elaborate. My father really enjoyed the food he ordered and our paneer and chapati were not any less. The cherry on the cake was that once they got to know about the occasion, each and every team member wished me. This really made me feel very special.
The Restaurant manager vikram was very attentive and I could observe that all the guests were taken care off very well.
Overall it's highly recommended.

hotel abu grand situated in mount abu rajasthan we have good experience over there during our stay....
Location:
Very nice with a valley view. Lot of greenery around and away from market / traffic.
Parking:
Ample amount of parking space available.
Rooms:
Rooms in the building same as Reception, are of ok size. No attached balconies though. Beds are comfortable. TV, Refrigerator, Tea/Coffee tables are available. Bottled water is available. Rooms in other building seem to be of bigger size and they do have balcony.
Washrooms:
Neat and clean. Necessary things (Towels, Napkin, Shower gel, Shampoo, Skin lotion, Hand-wash, Shower cap etc.) are available. Other things (e.g. dental kit, sewing kit etc.) are available on request. There is in house shop as well which makes few things available.
Amenities:
Excellent and well maintained amenities. Lot of open space, Garden, Lawn, Sitting areas, Swimming Pool, restaurant, Kids play area, WiFi etc.
Activities:
bike/ activa / cab on rent, camping, Trekking, caving,rock climbing, rappelling, night trekking all done by hotel...
Food:
Excellent service and food. Taste is awesome. Lot of variety in breakfast and food options. Staff is very cooperative.
Staff:
Overall entire staff is very co-operative. Absolutely no issues faced.
Location:

Third time stay in abu grand...
You can't ask for more from your stay & place of accomodation. Starting from the basics which is a neat & tidy room with a breathtaking valley view (the room I had chosen) to lush green spaces & beautiful flowers to more than enough entertainment & a small garden for the kids to the amazing & delicious food in the restaurant. And to top it all, the hospitality & service unmatched or anything like I have experienced. Making my vacation a memorable one & a place that I wo aa eeuld love coming back too. Special call out & thanks to Mr. Surendra & the Restaurant team, who was supervising & attending to us for his warmth & generous hospitality.

Really good property Abu grand with good reviews,services, cleanliness. room in the property are really good. Cottages are nicely located with balcony ! Fantastic stay for family and couples. Staff is nice and courteous. Just be careful with Google Maps instructions while reaching the location since it misses a key turn on a small dam. Call the hotel once you reach Mount abu and confirm the driving directions.

We booked Hotel abu grand by seeing its reviews Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathrooms are equipped with hot water through out the day. The view from the rooms are breathe taking. Would recommend valley view rooms as 101 or 201 family six bed room. The best part of the whole stay was the hospitality shown by the staff. The breakfast buffet has varied cuisines. We had also enjoyed the music at dinner in restaurant.location wise its good maximum 10 minutes from main city or nakki lake....

My second visit to hotel Abu grand and it really is dollar for dollar the only place I will stay in mount abu grand ever again because the rooms are super clean, the reception staff are really warm and friendly and the overall finish is great. It's not too far from main city either which makes an easy walk. Breakfast was yummy too.
As its location is great you can see whole mount abu by there.

My first trip to Mount abu. Was pleasantly surprised at the city which looked beautiful. Stayed at The Hotel Abu grand and ate food at their restaurant. Was so mich good and tasty. Was serviced by the ever helpful and smiling Vikram who ensured that we got the food of our desire. Loved the food, the hotel and the service. Will stay always here!!! Recomended to all guest...

I booked hotel after reading trip advisor all 5 star review. That was my mistake. I am not sure how all people rated it at 5, may be a trap.
Basically they have all double bed rooms without window. You feel like you are in boxed pack room. I forgot to take a picture but you can imagine a 10x10 small room without a window.
This hotel has family rooms which have balcony and windows. But not for standard rooms.
In nutshell can avoid this hotel, and keep it as alternate option but not a good deal.
I would say there are lot better option available in Mount Abu compare to same price money.
Good side: Cleanness was good. hotel staff was nice and friendly.
And yes you will get nice complementary breakfast. + Wifi (Which you can only get near reception area ;) )

We booked Family room with 2 double beds, at check in we found the room was darn small on our request the manger gave us 2 rooms with a nominal supplement of 500 per night.
Breakfast is free for only bookings from OYO.
Location - It's 7-10 mins walk from the private bus stop and 10-15 mins from government bus stop. Hotel is located uphill walk of 3 mins plus around 30-40 stairs to reach checkin area... City centre is located 2 mins forward the govt bus stop so neither you are very near nor far away.
Rooms - Modern but very small... Indian version of Ibis , plus the bed is queen size. No work desk. Few rooms are sealed by govt because of some reasons so actual number of rooms available are only 8or 9.
Food - Only Veg, quality is good and prices are same as normal city restaurant but quantity is less. No Bar available.
All in all an average stay, there is nothing special which will make me stay here again until no other option is available.
If you are not with your own vehicle , be prepared to spend an extra 100 buck each way to drive your luggage up and down hill.
Should also like to mention, if somebody is talking anywhere in the hotel you can hear it in your room.
