Hotel is very close to the market, yet in a peaceful surrounding. Cleanliness and house keeping staff are very good and efficient. All the staff are very courteous. Restaurant food is good. One person by the name of Mukesh in the restaurant is particularly enthusiastic. Also their manager Mr Thakkar is very helpful and cooperative. The room size is quite good and there is an extra bed in all rooms.
However the only drawback is that if you don’t get a garden facing room it becomes a four wall packed room with almost no opening/window at all.
The breakfast spread is reasonably good and fresh. The restaurant (food) rates are reasonable. The owner is a well known Jain person of MT Abu and therefore you can be assured of a totally vegetarian food. The sit out area for breakfast/restaurant is very nice. The bathrooms (hot water, soap dispenser, sanitary ware, and bath accessories) and linen quality is good and quite new.
Although one of the major issues is that anyone talking in lobby can be heard in the nearby rooms quite loudly and can be disturbing.
Everyday evening from 8 pm to 10 pm they have a singer who performs live with a guitar in front of a bonfire and that is very interesting and enjoyable. They have sufficient parking space and the house keeping staff can take care of car washing. If you are fond of small hikes in the mountains they align you with a trained/licensed guide who can take you to a trail of your choice.

Hotel Silver Oak was chosen based on its Trip Advisor rating, setting high expectations for our stay. Situated conveniently near Mount Abu's bus stand and Nakki Lake, this smaller yet impeccably managed property exceeded our expectations.
As three senior couples, we were allocated comfortable rooms on the first floor, with easy access. The hotel boasts a beautifully curated garden and well-maintained lawns, indicative of its reputation for cleanliness. The staff's courtesy and accommodation further enhanced our experience.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. The outdoor garden is equally stunning, providing a serene ambiance. My room was on the ground floor, featuring a lovely garden and a cozy sit-out area. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to every need.
We traveled with our 10-month-old baby and requested special food for the little one. The hotel went above and beyond by sending the chef to our room to discuss dietary preferences and ensure the food was suitable. The meal provided was both nutritious and delicious.
Additionally, the food prices at the hotel are very reasonable, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay. A big thank you to the Silver Oak team for making our journey so memorable!

Spacious and well maintained rooms. Ambience of the garden in front of the hotel was extremely soothing. The puppet show in the evening was liked by my child very much. The buffet breakfast was very good. 24/7 running hot water in the wel maintained washroom was apprecciable. The hotel also helped to arrange pick.up and drop cabs.

It was really an amazing experience,l. Everything about th hotel was exceptional. This is a very amazing property nearby market and Lake. I was there with my family for 3 Nights stay. The hotel staff are incredible friendly and efficient. The room amenities were nicely done, specious and room were very comfortable great location. Garden view rooms have an excellent view and most importantly washroom our clean. Good washroom facilities and washroom very clean and tidy! , after a long and tired day Trip a Hot water shower is relaxing. Housekeeping team always greeted with a big smile and nothing was " NOT POSSIBLE". The receptionist was exceptionally polite and efficient, ensuring a smooth check - in process. Our Mount Abu holidays become special just because of Silver Oak hotel. The best ever hotel stay experience due to the warm hotel staff. The owner of the hotel must have implemented good welfare policies of the staff and that goodness, kindness is reflecting reaching to us through the staff. I must congratulate the owner for this. Location: The location is best, away from the noisy crowd points, yet walkable to the main attraction. Surrounded by trees and birds- squirrels... Perfectly lavish rooms with ample space inside as well as around. Our garden rooms were opening to the garden, with sitting arrangements- having breakfast/ lunch while soaking in winter morning... what more one could want?
Breakfast & Food: Only Vegetarian food options. Food was tasty, breakfast menu with good choice and ambience of the restaurant. Live music was bonus.
Staff: Always prompt to help with big smiling faces! They have arranged vehicles for us, at very reasonable rates, unlike other hotel's cold shoulder deals. The good staff is gem for any hotel. There are so much to write about them.

Excellent hotel and very cooperative staff. Located near to bus stand/market and at a 10 min. walking distance from Nakki Lake. We enjoyed the stay in two Super Deluxe Rooms(Garden view) located on first floor. Rooms are spacious, well maintained and attached washrooms are very neat and clean. We arrived at around 6.30 a.m., and they provided a family room for resting till our rooms get ready without any extra charge. Breakfast was good with limited variety and restaurant food was also delicious(Veg. only). They also helped us in arranging vehicle for sight seeing. Every evening hotel arrange for puppet shows and solo live guitar performance. Overall, Siver Oak is a nice option for families looking for a comfortable stay in Mount Abu.
