One of the best Hotels in MOUNT ABU. Every thing is so perfectly arranged that no one even can point out single issue even in such a peak season time. From parking area to clean and good rooms with all maintained such a big garden space & surely the staff member were outstanding. The best part of all this was meeting the owner of the property Mr. Gujaral, having such a big staff member Mr. Gujaral itself take care of his guests personally. Our stay was very good at Chacha Inn, Mount Abu! Food, safety arrangements for Covid 19, garden and play area for kids our family found above expectations! Breakfast spread was also very good with proper safety arrangements. I nyote hotel staff wears Masks and gloves and our luggage was sanitised at time of check in and our body temperature were checked. Garden view rooms were good to stay however those needed renovation now!! Programs at night were good including Rajasthani music and puppet show.

Good and large rooms with lots of amenities, good rooms at good rates, great food,magic show, Rajasthani folk music, puppet show in garden restaurant and has A/C restaurant also, free Wi-Fi,with free of instant coffee and tea maker in rooms and two complementary water bottles in room. Should stay here every time. Great garden with flowers and lot of places in hotel for photos.

This is one of the best hotels to stay in Mount Abu. The property has multiple lush gardens which are maintained extremely well. The most important thing is that the rooms are exactly the same as are shown in the photos. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The in house restaurant food is also good. In the evening, from 7pm to 11pm, dinner can be enjoyed in the gardens, along with live barbeque, and puppet shows, magic shows and traditional singers and musicians. The hotel is approx. 1.5 kms away from nakki lake, but the hotel has free pickup and drop facility to and from the lake till 8pm.

The resort is one of the best available in Mount Abu, it is spread in big area and is located right on the highway leading to major tourist destinations.
The decorations inside are pretty good, lawn is well maintained with beautiful canopies and huts located for outdoor enjoyment in the evening.
Staff is also supportive and well behaved. If you get this hotel in 3000 INR per room per night, it’s worth it.

We reached Mount Abu by road from Udaipur at 12 noon though our Check in time was 1 pm. There was a grand welcome by reception staff and we were allotted our assigned room without any delay. We found our room clean, spic n span toilets and a cute little balcony with a swing which my wife liked it. As the weather was pleasent, we did not use the AC. Breakfast was excellent, real Maharaja style with excellent service by the staff. The garden of Chacha inn is beautiful with waterfalls, garden restaurent etc. on the 29th , there was a grand reception of marriage party, the orchestra kept us entertained well.The highlight of the hotel was durban Dewan Singh, with a warm welcome smile on his face, and we remembered the Sharabhi film dialogue, Muche hai tho Diwan Singh jaise ho ,verna na ho！ We reccomend Chacha inn for a quality stay. We were 3 families with kids and arrived at the resort at 9:30 pm. The staff started picking the table, chairs and in the end the food that we were feeding on so ensure that they could leave on time. No humility and courtesy.

The best combination of modern amenities with heritage roots. The hotel is situated at a very picturesque location with all the modern amenities but with the hint of Chacha's heritage. There are plenty of options for staying & we opted for the cottages. And it was the best decision. If you are a big family visiting and want to stay together then they have the best family rooms located with nice porch and swing podiums. They have various outdoor sitting arrangements & recreational areas. If you visit in prime winter as we did it will be a treat for all. The staff & adminstration all are at top notch of there work. The service staff especially are the best I have ever experienced in all my outings till now. Seriously I have never been treated with this much love & respect & warmth from any hotels ever. There gardens are just awesome, well maintained & well trimmed. The restaurant & food are undoubtedly be the best option to eat when in Abu.
During this pandemic situation I must say that they have fared pretty well in maintaining the property with all the safety guidelines. Social distancing, sanitizers, well masked staff, clean premises.
Must try :
1) Hot gulab jamuna in the restaurant
2) outdoor sitting with bonfire
3) early morning walk into the gardens
4) having the breakfast at there restaurant

Stayed there for 3D 2N and what an amazing hospitality the staff provided. Right from providing newspapers, magazines by Lakshman SIngh and Diwan Singh (moustache man) to starting that huge fountain just for us to get some good pictures of the place. Gatekeeper was very helpful throughout till we left the gates of chacha inn and clicked good pics.
Chacha Inn provided varieties of complimentary activities like Magic Show, Puppet Show, Bon Fire, Mehendi, mesmerizing vintage hindi songs of Kishore Kumar, Mohammed Rafi during late evenings. Magician also taught us few magic tricks and puppet show anchor Mukesh also showed some amazing hilarious stories. They have open barbeque and halwai who makes live dishes in front of us ordered from Al Carte menu.
Chacha Inn has the biggest land area comrising of gardens, bridges, waterfall, fountains and cool balconies and so one can enjoy till late evenings also
Coming to Cons - The drinking culture during evening in open garden does not allow to take kids to that place so this hotel is meant for adults only. Some heavy drinkers will be a bit chaotic and make the place a bit noisy.
