Detailed Reviews
This resort we stayed in, is the perfect blend of comfort and beauty giving the touch of nature blended with beautiful trees and mountain view. Rooms are extremely spacious with gorgeous interior. Resort staff is so much aware with the corona pandemic that they maintained perfect sanitization procedure, very helpful in every context, admirable room service, neat and clean washrooms and because I m germophobic so cleanliness is very important for me and they fulfilled it completely. this guy Mr Dharamveer Singh Shekhawat (front desk manager) is an extremely polite guy who's so much responsible towards his guests, I really liked his helpful and active behaviour. If u r staying in Mount Abu, do prefer this resort for ur amazing and wonderful stay.

We were planning for the holiday trip in mount abu and after browsing alot, we chose “villa agroha” for our stay. We wanted a calm place without hustle of city though nearby central locations. It was turned out to be a right choice. Villa agroha is ~1 km away from Nakki late and main market.
First of all, ambiance of this place is very nice with addition of little garden in front having dinning arrangement in it.
We opted one deluxe and one super deluxe room. Got checked in quickly. As it says “first impression is the last impression”,we were impressed by the rooms while entering.
Overall staff was very good, supportive and cooperative. Service was very quick. Mr. Gadhi was very much supportive when it comes to any help needed. Special thanks to him!
Overall, recommend if you want peaceful location for your stay….

I had booked hotel cia whatsapp and the room actually shown in the video was not provided.
At the checkout time, i was asked to pay extra 500â‚ą for a very small vomit and 100â‚ą extra for a towel.
Overall service was very slow. And rude staff.

Hi, While I have replied to your review across all the platform now here I am pasting it again. There are always two sides of the story, here are Hotel's explanation to your review. Hotel Agroha is committed to guest satisfaction and EXCELLENT reviews from our customers are a testimony to them, I would request readers to judge from themselves after reading our reply and other guest reviews. 1). You were provided with 20+ images of whole property and were provided rates for Deluxe and Super-deluxe family rooms. You opted for cheaper one Deluxe room but demanded Super-deluxe room when you came to the property. You were provided with option to cancel the booking and get full-refund but you pleaded to provide a discount of Rs. 500/- as you were college students and there seems to be some misunderstanding. So the question of providing other room from images was not correct, if you were specifically told on whatsapp you will get this particular room or a super-deluxe room pls. share the screenshot and I will refund you double the amount. Contrary to this you opted the lower category and tariff room and demanded the higher category one, it's common sense that if you are provided two rates and you opt for lower rate you will not get the higher category - this was also settled in good faith by providing a discount or a refund to which you made your decision. 2). What our guest experience with regards to our staff is well written over in other reviews, but yes, the new room boy Ashok was not very friendly and same feedback like yours was received from other guests and is already sacked 2 days ago. 3). We serve a very good category of clientele and sadly vomiting in room is not something we face, only sensible stags are allowed in our property as we cater to families but you vomited all over the room and even tried hiding the vomit by moving the bed over it. Sadly, the roomboys simply refuse to clean vomit and bathrooms and a sweeper needs to be called (we are a small property and charge tariff accordingly) when you decided to clean your vomit yourself NO CHARGES WERE TAKEN FROM YOU - I have CCTV footage and audio for same if you want to make them public, SO PLS. refrain from making false comments. Vomiting on bed and in-room after reckless drinking is something no property will tolerate as it leaves stink for future guests. Still you were NOT CHARGED a single paisa when you decided to clean the vomit yourself. Asking 500â‚ą (200 would be a honest price) for vomit by contractual sweeper was not right and I have briefed him regarding the same so this does not repeats. I hope this explains hotel's view on the rare occurrence. We have also taken our lessons from this unfortunate event and will make sure we clearly mention this in our guest policy. I would request readers to judge from themselves after reading our reply and other guest reviews. Thanks

We stayed in this Hotel in the third week of Nov 2019. It’s a Hotel which has come up in the recent years and has limited number of rooms. Situated at a walking distance of about 1 km from the Main market, it is located in an isolated open space with scenic background and is well secured. The Hotel rooms are well maintained with all amenities. There is ample parking space and also there are lawns at two levels where one can relax and enjoy the nature. The staff is courteous and very helpful. We enjoyed our brief stay at this palce.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with modern toilets. I appreciated the fresh scent of the linens and towels. The property, though vast, offers only six rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Its central location, equidistant from town and temples, is convenient. The staff is friendly, and the reasonably priced food comes with a note of caution—it can be spicy, so inform them if you prefer milder options. Despite a minor ceiling leak in our initial room, they promptly provided a replacement, even upgrading our accommodation.

Dear Guest, Namaste, and thank you for your thoughtful review. We appreciate you highlighting details about Hotel Villa Agroha that provide helpful insight for other traveler's, from the spacious yet peaceful rooms to the convenient central location and friendly staff. Regarding the issue you initially experienced - I would like to clarify it was due to condensation and dew forming on the ceiling during winter months rather than a leak. Still, your recognition that we promptly upgraded your accommodation reassures we met our goal of resolving any room comfort issues right away. Reasonable prices paired with quality service and food are what we aim to deliver. We are now taking measures to confirm spice levels with all guests when taking orders, to better accommodate preferences. It is feedback like yours that helps us continuously improve. We hope to welcome you back again soon for another enjoyable stay! Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. Best Regards, Team Hotel Villa Agroha Mobile: +91-88810-88844

I am so impressed by the hospitality, quality of rooms and the mouthwatering food! Dharamveer bhai was very patient, cooperative and understanding, and the entire staff was very well mannered. We stayed in a super deluxe room, which had such beautiful cute interiors and a very welcoming feel to it. Having dinner and bonfire nights in the picturesque garden out front was just amazing! Villa Agroha is now officially one of my favourite properties to stay at, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends too!

Great place to stay with a walking distance from Nakki Lake. Best thing is rooms are less so less number of people around you. Moreover, they take extra care like screening and sanitation in this time of COVID. If you don't want to step outside, just relax with their in house restaurant that makes delicious food. Moreover, you can even have a bonfire arranged for yourself. I'd surely recommend anyone to stay here.

Agroha is a Villa, not a hotel. The main difference being the service and hospitality. Agroha is just a renovated colonial house/bungalow converted into a guest house. It is okay for a one night halt but overpriced. We stayed in the Superior family room that had two rooms with a double bed each. The TVs of both the rooms were not working. The property manager had no sense and woke us up to ask if we wanted to get the TV repaired. The view isn't great, the rooms are okay, and the services and untrained staff are lousy. The biggest drawback is that the just-in-the-face and unavoidable lobby connecting the four rooms of this small six room property is noisy so you can't relax even in this supposed to be peaceful area. During rains the backyard tin shade makes a lot of noise. I'd rate this place 2 out of 5 and this is the last time I stayed here.

Dear Vinay ji, Not sure why would you review us like this, you personally visited one day before the booking looked at the property and the rooms but did not booked saying you will get a heritage property for same rates and left. You came next day and booked us. We apologies for TV repairing incident and we will make sure this is taken care in future. We will request you to visit again and provide another chance, this is not something our other guest experiences as you can see from other reviews on multiple platforms. I will personally make sure everything goes perfect for you this time :) Regards, Deepesh
