Had a terrible 2 days of stay without water. But they are kind enough to give a bucket full in morning and evening. What to say about the room service!!! You order something, they serve something of their choice. The corners of the bed is nothing less sharper than a knife. I had three bandages below my knee.

First statement...I would not stay in this Hotel for free also. Why? Read on..... Hotel owner's son is (sorry WAS) friend of my brother and we verbally booked two Triple Super Delux rooms for 5000/- each for two nights. On Saturday 11th May 2019 we reached Hotel at around 4:30 pm after long drive from Baroda. To our surprise, the rooms where given away to some other families. We were offered one Quad Super Dlx room and One double room. Both rooms where below average....rather poor. We did not have choice so stayed back. We slept at around 1 am after enjoying the time and wow....one more surprise. Electricity failure....I waited for sometime but staff did not turn generator on. So I went down to reception and what a great sight!!! The staff was sleeping in full swing. I woke them up and they turned on generator. We woke up next day for one more surprise....no hot water to bath. Me and my nephew went in market to search for alternative. You know what??? 1000% better hotels where available for cheap price of 1500/- per room. We decided to move. While checking out we had terrible argument with owner of the Hotel. The total bill we had to pay was 6k including food. We paid 5k but that was also very very high. Negative points....Poor hotel, no maintenance of rooms (don't go by pics on web), pathetic location, unhygienic rooms....Above all owner was rude and arrogant. Positive points....🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 If you really trust me...please don't use this hotel. Go to Hotel Neelkanth (we moved in here), Hotel Sai palace, Hotel Natraj which are next to this hotel.

We stayed hotel raaj kamal around 2 nights. Hotel location is in center of mount abu but little inside from main road. Nakki Lake is around 10 min walking distance. This is a good option to stay if your budget is little low. We stayed Executive room on 3rd floor. Rooms was in good conditions but need some improvement. Hotel staff is helpful. You have lots of eating option if you come out of hotel around 5 minutes walking from hotel.

We recently stayed in this hotel for 2 days... But the first problem we faced in this hotel was that service boys could not understand the india's most common language "HINDI". We ordered lunch but it was not up to the mark. And there were lots of "BED BUGS" and when we checked in the hotel there was really no bad smell but when we go out for outing and then returned to the hotel room we felt really very very bad smell so we asked room service boy to do the needful and then he came with finyle bottle. It was cheap and budget hotel but the Service and Food was not that good... I am really disappointed. The Hotel owner or manager on front desk was good and understanding but that is not enough for a travellers. Even there was WIFI facility but the wifi range was too poor that you have to come out from you room to use the WIFI.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Raaj Kamal for 3 nights because it was basically the cheapest hotel we could really find in the area and we were met by a tout for the place when we got off the bus. We were given a rate of 600r a night which wasn't a bad price but were told that this was a massive discount from the usual price charged. When we looked at the board showing peak season prices it quoted the cheapest as being 2590 which would be absolutely absurd to charge and we just figured that they had put random numbers ahead of the actual rate to make it look like we got a decent rate. Anyway, after checking in we were shown to our room and it wasnt too bad to be fair. We have been used to staying in the very cheapest accommodation in India and so havent got high expectations for what we are receiving. The room had a tv, fan, double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a western toilet and a shower (hot water 7am to 9am) although another room we were shown for the same price only had a bucket instead of a shower so make sure to double check. We didnt notice any smell when we first walked in because the door was already open and i figured that it had probably been open to air the room out for at least the whole day. When we actually left the room and returned later we were hit by what smelled like either strong paint or petrol and we eventually found the smell was coming from under the bed, so we presume they had sprayed something in there to deal with the pest problem we later had. We could handle everything up until this point, but after our first night in the room we both woke up covered in bites and after a search around the bed we found several large bed bugs which we squeezed and loads of blood came out so they had obviously been feasting on us. We tried covering up for the next 2 nights and slept in our sleeping bags as well as using bug spray so it wasn't too bad for the rest of our stay although we kept finding more and more everyday. The worst thing though is that we think some got into our bag and for the week or so since we have left we have found the same sized ones in our clothing and had to do serious searches of our bags to root them all out. We could only have got them from this hotel as well because we havent had to deal with bed bugs on our travels for over 2 years up until this point. The hotel has wifi access for free which we were able to get in our room and was a decent strength although it is quicker out in the public areas. The owner is a nice guy and speaks great English so he was very easy to communicate with although when he isnt around it is very hard to get anything from the young lads that work there. They don't use there initiative and instead decided to just giggle in front of you instead of thinking to go get their english speaking boss. You can't leave your door or window open with these lads around either without them staring blatantly with every chance they get into your room. There is food available at the hotel although after the disgusting butter toast we ordered for breakfast one morning we decided to leave it there and only to eat elsewhere. There are some great food places only a 2 minute walk away and they are dirt cheap as well which was good for budget travelers like us. The hotel is located around a 5min to 10min walk away from the bus stand.
