An old British era club restored and turned into a hotel. The rooms are cottage like and overlook a big ground and a pool. All in all a nice setting for a peaceful holiday. They had music on the day we checked in - a Saturday, playing old Hindi songs, nostalgic.

Positive things : the setting itself, nice park with pool and several buildings...(means your room may be away from reception), room was enormous, clean and comfortable. Dinner + breakfast at restaurant quite good. That's it.... Negative : location is quite far from small city center, some of the staff not even able to speak one word of English !!! WIFI only available around reception area...(I knew it was not ok in room but since room was far from the place....really not practical). TV in room was making strage noise, quite difficult to watch anything. Hotel was supposed to accept credit cards...but unable to proceed when wanted to pay in the morning....had to use cash...which was really not convenient for me ! they did not even try to fix the problem, just said, not possible ! Definitively not a "luxury" place (rates seem to be on the high side) and not much attention to non-Hindi speaking people.…

This is a colonial club house renovated into resort. Our stay was memorable. and splendid. We enjoyed room, gardens, food, serenity and service. Very humble staff and prompt service. Also nig Pros : Property Location Beautiful Gardens Big Rooms Clean and modern Bathrooms Excellent Staff & Service Very Good Food, good quantity at reasonable price. Dal makhani is good Cons Some minor areas needs renovation.

This place proves that the best service can convert a guest into a repeating guest regardless of luxury. The best time to visit is during the weekend or festivals like Diwali when they have special events. This place is heritage and perfect, but still, they should improve their rooms with better mattresses, pillows, etc. They should keep their legacy to what they are offering in terms of their services, food, and all the arrangements they are doing as its unmatched and just right.

Rooms not maintained properly, damp issues in room and washroom was stinking, they charge seven star and the service standards are very very poor, I would recommend you guys to hire and train your staffs upon service standards. They charge 11000 per day by saying entire Mount Abu is booked, but believe me their is nothing in this hotel which will make your stay happy. One good thing which happened was our train was at 8 pm, we have checked out, paid the bills and were waiting at reception they had given us a room because were 9 members there were kids as well, so that gesture of opening a room till we leave to Railway station was very nice

I have booked this resort from 12th August and checkout on 13th August 2022 Pros : Staff are cooperative Provided the room at 11:00 Lush Green Resort Cons : Its not worth 9500/Room for one night with Half Board During rain they dont have the adiqute number of Umbrella Food quality is pathatic and dont have taste Breakfast is better than Dinner Nearby no restaurant and convenience is huge Problem Even if you ask for paid pickup and drop they will Provide you the driver number from private vendor If they provide the Double room up to 5000/- could be value for money but 9500/- night is not at all value for money…
