of the choices in abu this is a better one , heavy furniture , paintings give a pseudo heritage feel . hidden gem is their hair salon & massage centre the gentleman does both & he is very good They could really do so much more but guess owing to lack of good properties in abu they fare well and are always full
We were overwhelmed by the hospitality. A request for an early check-in was not only accepted but the room was ready before we reached. Add to it, they also provided complimentary breakfast to us. Every staff is so welcoming. The hotel is super clean. Breakfast is well spread, if not great. But the way they serve you make one feel at home. This became our permanent selection Mt. Abu, for us and our friends. Best wishes. N.b. After a long time saw such efficiency at front desk.
We checked in at Karnavati Hotel, a group hotel of Hillock Hotels. The service from reception to food quality is very good. We came here for the breakfast. The verities and the quality of food is perfectly made. Live food counter and other staff are very friendly 🙂🙂
I am happy with the services provided by Hotel. Good breakfast, dinner. Best location. Very supportive staff. I will recommend this hotel to everyone (family, couple, friends) travelling to Mount Abu.
My wife & I were booked here in their Super Deluxe Room for two nights between March 9-March 11. Having booked the room weeks in advance, i wrote to the property for complimentary room upgrade while appreciating their open declaration on their website of the planned maintenance work. Neither did i receive a courteous reply nor the upgrade. Located about less than a km from Nakki lake, The check in was smooth. Room on the 1st floor was nice and spacious with a window with a dis-functional latch, which on one occasion could have caused the accidental fall of my wife who was trying to shut it. The pretty bar and the cosy restaurant were all close to the room on the 1st floor, so quite convenient. From the room, we could enjoy the view of beautifully manicured garden across and the kid's play area. So the view was fantastic, although it could be a bit disturbing when one would be asleep, as at times noise of people chatting at the main entrance was fairly audible. The breakfast was top notch, perhaps the best of my 6 hotels on 10 day Rajasthan visit. I would suggest better fruits spread though. My driver who got complimentary stay with concessional meals could not stop appreciating the hotel enough for its great stay, meals and hospitality. The room service and house keeping was fantastic. The swimming pool was not very luring but that's a common issue with most pools in a desert state. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody.…
