I recently stayed at Hotel Hillock in Mount Abu for 4 nights with my husband, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful ambiance. The breakfast, included in our stay, was undoubtedly the highlight, offering a variety of delicious options. The other meals were equally impressive, with a wide range of dishes to suit all tastes. The staff were humble and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. While I wish I could give it a 4.5-star rating, it's not available. With some improvements in room maintenance, it would easily earn a 5-star rating from me. I definitely recommend staying here; you'll love yourself for choosing Hotel Hillock!

Property: charming, classy & offering variety of experiences with a large swimming pool, pool table, spa, lounge area, open dinning garden areas, children play area Room: clean, comfortable & large enough with all necessary amenities and pleasant views through the window Food: buffet breakfast has a limited spread but is of a good quality, available through 8-11 am Staff & service: professional, kind & very accommodative Price: value for money on weekdays
I stayed for 1 night in their standard room. I was allowed an early check-in at 9:30 am itself. I was offered complimentary breakfast on day of check-in as well in addition to the one the next day that is part of the package. Though I checked out at their check out time of 12 noon, I was allowed to use the property till 5 pm when I had my bus. Throughout the staff was very helpful & kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We stayed here from 29th January to 2nd February 2023.
The hotel is located at a 5min drive from Nakki lake and the central market.
The premises are spacious and so are the rooms. Everything is neat and tidy.
The staff is very courteous and helpful. The restaurant staff go beyond their duties to make sure you are at optimal comfort. Every person from their team you meet has a story to tell.
All open garden spaces, kids play area and area by the pool are very well maintained.
The rooms are equipped with AC units which can heat as well. Running hot water goes without mentioning
Suggestions for the hotel:
Mineral water is sold at a premium, which is always a dealbreaker for me. Also, no complimentary mineral water is provided.
Tissue box should be placed inside the rooms.

This was my second visit this time with family. Our accommodations was spacious and view with a balcony. The rooms were clean, tidy the shower room was spacious and the water pressure was good.
Staff were very attentive and helpful. Housekeeping was very helpful.
Hotel reception was welcoming and comfortable.
Good choice vegetarian breakfast, they do not for non vegetarians.
The restaurant staff were attentive and helpful, nothing was too much for them to fulfil one’s wishes. The restaurant was always clean and tidy.
Most of the dishes were served piping hot from breakfast to beverages.
Since were staying half board we had lovely ala-cart vegetarian dishes. Second night dinner we were only offered a buffet with minimal choice only point this out to the restaurant manager he offered us the alacart menu, which was appreciated great-fully. The Gala evening was well organised and plenty of vegetarian live food stations. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. All credit goes to the management and owner Mrs Geeta. Would definitely visit again

Stayed here for 2 nights during November and although Mount Abu didn't impress us (excluding Dilwara Temple, which is fantastic), our hotel gave us a better experience. This is an old fashioned hotel but maintained very well. Nice lobby, great outdoor seating areas plus ample free parking. Our room was big enough for 2 people. Bathroom was of decent size. There was enough storage area and the bed was really comfortable. The room furniture looked a bit old, same for bathroom fixtures but apart from the shower head ( looked distinctly dirty) and the telephone everything were clean. TV provided decent viewing options but wi-fi was not very good and needed reconnecting whenever we came back from outside. Tea/coffee facility were there but there was no safe. Bathroom had all the basic amenities. Food quality were excellent both for breakfast and dinner. Please note the hotel only offers vegetarian food but they do have a bar. Breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices including live stations for Dosa and Parathas. Like most other hotels of Rajasthan, hotel provided free drinking water. Most importantly the staff attitude and service level were excellent. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Location is also great, right on the main road and a short distance away from Nakki Lake and Dilwara Temple. Please also note that the hotel has elevator, which is not always available in Rajasthan hotels. Overall a very positive experience but we do hope that they improve some of the room fixtures in the near future.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff service and the quality of the food is excellent. We have chosen the right hotel and we wanted to come again. The weather was very good.
