Bikaner House is the only truly royal hotel in Mount Abu. Owned and managed personally by the royal family of Bikaner and Maliya, the Palace Hotel is tailored for those who appreciate grace and elegance. The caring team, led by Mr. Shyam Singh Rathore, pamper us while we can enjoy natural beauty and think creatively.

This is home to some of the biggest business families of Ahmedabad, yet petty travelers looking for a drunk weekend may not find this "value for money". This is a huge property with its own lake and trails and countless spots to be one with nature.

Stay there once, and you'd never stay elsewhere at Mount Abu!

Tips: Stay at the upper annex. Try the Rajasthani meal. Their Malai Kofta is too good. Don't miss cutlets for breakfast.

Very recently my wife and i stayed at this most exotic property being personally looked after by the Family. There is this aura of quiet efficiency and a feeling of a home away from home. Lush green lawns with many floral trees create an atmosphere of sublime serenity and relaxed environment . The service is very personalised and has touch of royalty and old Indian tradition, charm and culture. Will definitely visit again Many thanks Team Bikaner Palace

Bikaner Palace is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the town, natural surroundings lots of greenery and lovely staff. We stayed at the Palace complex and were overwhelmed by the room size, facilities, large dining area and sitting area nicely decorated. Food was very nice and prepared on order only hence you get fresh food only. Their new bar situated at a height has a beautiful sitting area where you can feel the cool breeze and spend hours together. The lights decoration in the night gives a nice ambience and one can enjoy walking the lawns. Being in a natural habitat animals are common so one has to be careful of the same. Although the wifi connectivity is a bit downer, the same can be improved. Overall a pleasant stay. Thanks to the chef, staff and Mr Rewat Ji for the amazing stay.

The palace hotel would have clearly seen better days. A once beautiful palace is now reduced to a shabby hotel due to poor upkeep and lack of maintenance. I along with my family stayed at the hotel between June 30 - July 02. We had booked two suites supposedly their best and was surprised to find that the air conditioner in my suite had tapes on the vent which meant one couldn’t control the air flow and a bucket to collect the drainage water. We had shared our meal preferences even before arrival however, we had to wait at least 30 minutes to be served at every meal. The breakfast which is supposed to start at 7.30 am is not laid till 8.15-8.30 and one has to literally walk in to the kitchen to look for staff as no one is around. The food is barely palatable and the service below average which is not surprising given the general manager Revat Singh is the most rude, inconsiderate and incompetent person. No wonder this beautiful property is going downhill and is reduced to a watering hole.

Was in India after 23 years on my birthday and boy was it a birthday party or what. One of the best birthdays I’ve had. The staff at Bikaner house were extremely courteous and took care of all our needs. The rooms were large and clean. The location is priceless. Would surely visit again on our trip to India.

We just had THE perfect wedding ceremony @ Bikaner Palace Mt. Abu.

The scenery and view was stunning & surrounded by mountains and Addhardevi Temple. The location of the marriage chori was beautifully situated in the middle of pine trees, and that was absolutely amazing!

Accommodations were perfect for the bridal suite and guests. Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the
beautiful setting, perfect view, delicious food and the great service that you and your team provided.

Really, we are happy with our decision.

Thank you again for your outstanding efforts to celebrated our special day with families and friends. It was a truly memorable forever.

Best regards,

The hotel needs to redo and revise a lot if things. Breakfast is free as mentioned everywhere for the hotel is not followed in reality. They charge you. Although food is great and staff is friendly, that sadly is the only good thing abt this place.
Rooms are in dire need of renovation. Basin is broken. Linen is visibly dirty, walls are cracked, toilets not clean, flush button was broken too. Heritage definitely dies not mean not renovating anything. Such a grand property but ill maintained.

We visited this place in Feb 2020 on account of our visit to the Dilwara Temples . As magnificent as can be
We stayed in the deluxe & suite rooms which are worth a visit for a night . the palace grounds are quite large and great for an evening coffee or a morning walk to find several aviary species as well.
The food is also quite good and the staff very friendly .
Definitely recommend a stay here if you are in Mount Abu.

This hotel was a let down despite the lovely location, the hall and dinning rooms are very well decorated and maintained, in general the property is well maintained. However what it lacks is hospitality! The reception is quite pathetic, and the very poor internet is something they need to sort out. International guests need to have a proper working internet access.. The food is finger licking good especially the dinner. Breakfast is rather poor.. Chef who was new to the hotel served up fantastic meals at dinner.. Hospitality is missing big time, especially considering that the owners/ manager have a training in hospitality, which one just does not feel at all.
