Stayed here for one day. Excellent hospitality by the staff.The hotel situated very near to the Kottayam-Cherthala road. All the main attractions are in a very reachable distances from this hotel.The hotel have a large parking area and some small play amenities for children. Very clean rooms and washrooms . The size of rooms are large. The two negatives was the room which I have stayed was didn't have the dust bins in both the bedroom and washroom and also the Wi-Fi was only available in common areas.

Really nice place to spend with family. Especially staffs are polite and friendly. Food are awesome. They are maintaining room and restrooms very clean. We have lot of activities like yoga session, boat ride, fishing, cycling and evening instrumental music.

Staff are nice people. They recommend good places where you can view the lake (just a walk along a parallel road) and good boating services, but overall, more refinement in customer service and amenities is needed

We were suppose to check-in at 12 PM. However due to a road block we reach ed the hotel next day 2 AM. Even then the hotel staff were so welcoming and served us with pleasure. The food too is simply awesome. Karimeen pollicadhu is a dish to try from here.

Terrbile Experience ..the name and the place dont match at all.The rooms are unhygienic and unkept..had to change rooms twice as the AC was not working in the rooms..the staff is ok but the hotel in itself is not at all good. The rooms are dingy and mostly have a damp smell to them ..the place does not have any view at all and is far from the main attraction..the backwaters.The hotel does not help you with the transportation at all.

A great place to stay for all type of travelers.... Great value for money.. The manager of this resort is a very nice man.. We reached very late in the night and he asked his staff to prepare food for us when when the kitchen was closed... Overall great service.. Good location ... Food was amazing.. Definitely recommended ..

Our trip adviser-make my trip.com.-include this place for reasons best known to them..!! It is pathetic and easily among the worst in kumarakom. poorly lighted rooms, abundant mosquitoes, staff which understands barely any language, very poor food quality (we dared not eat there for two days after a breakfast...!!!), bathroom fittings (WC seat ring...) broken...AC main switch keeps tripping...only positive aspect was a polite and good natured reception staff...which sadly fails to make up a long list of drawbacks....

We stayed at Lake Palace for 2 nights and found the place decent. The room are not very large, but clean. This is strictly a budget hotel so the facilities are limited. The front desk and staff was very responsive and helpful. The food at the restuarant is good.

I, along with my family, spent a day and a night at this resort. Although this resort doesn't provide a lake side view from the rooms, the lake is only 2 minutes walk from the resort. Our stay was quite peaceful and enjoyable. The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. The service and food was quite good. The rooms were clean.
