It is an excellent place to spend a vacation. The staff is fantastic; they provide the best service and accommodate guests with all reasonable requests. The facility and cottages are clean and cozy. The food and drinks are delicious.

Cocobay Resort is little bit difficult to find but is very lovely and peaceful Resort . It has got all facilities like fitness . YOGA SWIMMINGPOOL . Aruvadi treatment Massage indoor sports facilities All staff were very helpful especially. The managers Mr Roberts. Mr Ashish . Mr Dilip . They made our stay very memorable The resort is very clean neat The food is very good . All the staff are very friendly .

Dear friends, Cocobay resort kumaracon is one of the worst resort i have visited ...there service was not proper food was so so..no extra recretional activities in resort...barhroom water was smelly...dead lizard in sweaming pool..no proper person to liasoning you.rates charged was also higher side

We visited this hotel after a long ride from Munnar at 7pm day before. These guys denied us tea and coffee saying the chefs were busy making dinner. Very poor management with one person running around everywhere. Post dinner we asked for some milk for our baby at 10:15 PM and the guy said now the kitchen is closed and we cannot provide you. Inspite of many requests it was a plain 'No'. They don't know what a cold coffee is when we ordered. There is absolutely nothing known as hospitality here. The breakfast hardly has anything. The rooms are old and stinky.! Our group had booked 5 rooms and we would rate it zero if that was an option available.

We visited Cocobays restaurant for dinner and found the staff to be extremely accommodating and courteous especially Dilip at the front desk who allowed us to wait inside the property despite us arriving an hour before the restaurant opened. We managed to watch the sunset over the lake before being seated in the restaurant as the hotel grounds overlooks the lake. The food was delicious and inexpensive, and to get to the resort you are taken on a 5 minute canoe ride which really added to the experience. We’d highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you are in the area.

Hotel location is very good, Rooms are good, food is tasty especially the Fish varieties. But NOT HAPPY WITH THE STAFF. They are very rude to the guest, seems like not professionally trained.Not at all recommended. Lots of bachelors guest were there in the property. That maybe not comfortable for all the families. They have a very good Swimming Pool, but not properly maintained. I have seen many guests are using the pool with their Casual dress and without a shower before entering the poll , that is not allowed in any pool. Haven’t seen anybody to assist you near to the pool. Breakfast buffet is not worthy. If you only want to enjoy the beauty of the backwaters by compromising all these things, then you can go for it. Otherwise look for better option.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was a great experience with lake facing the resort. Early morning waking up to this was a blessing. The view was awesome and the rooms are also pretty good and spacious. Food is decent and service was also good. Overall, it was a relaxed stay at the backwater resort.

This property has entry via boat through a small canal. The view is absolutely stunning and will leave you mesmerized. They have indoor as well as outdoor restaurants. Food is good - do try the local delicacies that they serve. Sea-food lovers are gonna love it! Keep it up Cocobay !

This hotel is in a good location where you take a small boat to the resort and are welcomed by a stunning view of the lake. Sadly, this is the only good thing about this hotel. The rooms were not clean to our standards, there was a smell in our room which was not masked by the air freshener the cleaners sprayed, the bathroom was full of mosquitos and very dated, there was no hot water in the bathroom, the pillows smelt really bad. The food was very standard, breakfast had limited choice. The cleaners and one gentleman in the restaurant were really nice and friendly. Overall, I would not stay in this hotel again.
