The best service , extremely kind staff. The cottages are awesome. Food ...a perfect delight. We rely had a restful break from routine. We used all the facilities. The Arabian sea is so much inviting for a Shikara. The bird sanctuary is in our bucket list. An amazingly well maintained resort. What an amazing food and service by the Lime Tree. Ms. Sangeetha made sure we are served the best fish as per our taste and even helped us manage our toddler. Would love to visit the restaurant back again. They made customised food for the kid. At all times they kept the toddler happy and entertained. Food is the best as compared to the rest of the restaurants in the area

Just about to check out from our 2 nights at the Zuri, and what an amazing stay. The hotel is set so that you get a view of the lake giving it a serene feel. There is a Spa, Alvin the Spa Manager took his time to show us around all the facilities, including a gym and sauna, which are free to guests, but he wasn’t pushy at trying to sell us the things that were not. The Soa did look great even thought we didnt use it. The view from the pool is again the lake, giving it a very peaceful feel All the staff at the hotel work really hard to make your experience the best that it can be. A special mention to.Sangeetha and Sharika, both of whom we found were so attentive, little touches like remembering how you liked your tea and coffee. I was especially touched by Sangeetha remembering my name when she spoke to me. it’s the small touches that make you feel special. Even Unimyer and Vipin who delivered the extra towels that we ordered, brought them to us with a great big smile, making you feel that nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend this hotel, not only is it beautiful, with amazing scenery around you, but everyone goes out of their way to give you an amazing experience whilst staying here.…

Rooms were comfortable,meals were tasteful. Staff were pleasant and always prepared to go the extra mile. Sangeeta, Ravikrishna, Hari, Aswani and Vimal are some of the many gems in their team. I think one of the best properties Kumarakom has to offer. It’s the hospitality, the food, the expansive property and the very comfortable rooms. I am definitively coming back to this property, just like another “one more time”. Id like to thank the following staff for making our stay so memorable.
