One of the most dynamic hotel. Very nice location hospitality at the hotel. The front desk and the hotel staff is very friendly. The food quality in the restaurant was also good. Coffee and snacks very good.

The hotel room was neat and clean. However it lacked ventilation. There were tight windows without any handle available. Very difficult to open them. Once you open there is no mosquito net. So you either welcome mosquitos and other flying insects inside the room or spend night in a suffocated chamber. Considering the hot & humid climate in Kumarokom basic window feature should be available. Also some selves inside the bath room to keep bathing accessories will help.

Hello i stayed there for 01 night . good hotel , specious rooms and bathrooms . clean . but lots of mosquitoes in the room. the bathroom and wash basin as old style. good stay for solo helpful staff, they having two restaurants one veg. and one multi cousin . the location 10-15 Minutes from canter of Kumarakom . Ordered a chicken biriyani and got ghee rice wd chicken fry and thread in food. And ordered veg biriyani and got a ghee rice same with hair inside.. Server don't have any idea what is tea and coffee. Really a pathetic meal ever had.

We had our breakfast in Dubai hotel on our way to Kumarakom.We waited for long time for getting the food.Staffs can't communicate properly due to language problems.Taste of food was average.Not satisfied with the service.

The rooms are clean and has a/c and ceiling fan but sheets did not seem too well maintained... its ok for one night stay. Only one bad towel but they brought water and had no tea available in room. The wi fi is only available in the lobby. We were not informed of the breakfast timings and was disappointed to come at 8 am and find out they only open at 9 am..limited selection dishes for breakfast for international guests. Price is not too bad for what you get. Staff clean the floors but not a lot of interaction with guests.

The place doesn't have much of an ambiance but it totally makes up for it with its delicious beef and karimean fry!!!!😋 Its a bit expensive but much cheaper than the other resorts and hotels in kumarakom so if u want to save some money then u should try this place out for sure especially the beef fry😍😍
