We had a memorable stay at this resort. I had to make several changes to the reservation due to conflicting priorities at the last minute - Nived did an excellent job to accommodate all the changes. All the staff here were wonderful and willing to go the extra mile to correct any shortcomings we found. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal - we were disappointed that the buffet option was not available for other meals due to low occupancy during our stay, a la Carte is quite expensive. Our boys enjoyed the gym, kayaking and swimming pool. My parents stayed at the lake villa, #404 has the best patio view of the resort and lake. Loved the rooms, architecture, landscaping and scenery. I hope in the future they will have the ability for guests to go on the boat cruises directly from the resort. We will definitely be back next time we’re in India. Sindhu…

Very nice and superb experience.The location of this resort is also nice. The rooms are very neat . Other things like the pool, indoor play areas,gym and restaurant are also top notch. I really enjoyed staying here. Will visit again whenever i am visitng kumarakom again

We had a premium room facing the lake. The property is new , maintained really well. It has a spectacular view from almost every cottage and room. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I would like to specifically appreciate some of them who made our stay delightful. Deepak Mondak at the restaurant Jomol (the guest relation staff) Mahi -the F & B manager is a wonderful lady Mr. Manoj Kumar made sure his team was working well and he personally took interest in the comfort of the guests. Mr Vejith at the check-in helped us in making all the necessary bookings . He assisted us with the required information, gave suggestions on what would be more suitable to visit according to time availability , convenience etc. We have stayed in numerous 5 star resorts , but this one turned out to be exceptionally wonderful. Its such an amazing place. The staff were super helpful. The place is really nice with greenery around. The food at the restaurant was super. Special shout out to Deepak who assisted us throughout with his recommendation for the best signature dishes. Would love to come back few times more.

We had a great time at Gokulam Grand. The resort is located and designed beautifully. We spent 2 nights and 3 days at the resort with our entire family here, and have no complaints whatsoever. The staffs at the resort were extremely polite and accommodating with any needs of ours. Our daughters had a great time fishing, swimming and just running around the resort. We dint want our vacation to end. We have come back home with beautiful memories which will live with us forever. We would defenitely wanna go back.The Ayurvedic spa is a must do too.

Oh man - where do I start from? Right from a seamless booking via WhatsApp and email to checkout - they have all the details well sorted and under control. Gokulam Grand is the right combination of the best team running the show and an amazing property. Everyone on the staff - right from Mr Soby to helpful people at the check -in desk to well trained chefs and restaurant staff(Ashwanth, Deepak and all others) to extremely efficient house keeping staff to courteous guards to people taking care of the pool, gym, play area etc - form an incredibly well balanced and strong team. I was sick during the major part of the vacation and felt very well taken care of. I am doing injustice of not knowing the names of a lot of people who made our stay comfortable and memorable. The property in itself is very tastefully done. It’s strikes a balance between nature and modernity. There’s something special for everyone and one can sincerely hope to get away from everyday life here. If life gives us a chance - I will be here over and over again. We have had the pleasure to stay in some of the good hotels and resorts - but these guys really go above and beyond the protocols to make sure one feels happy :-)…
