Stayed there with my family for 10 days. There is not service at all. Our bed sheets was not changed for 10 days ! Towels not washed ! Room not cleaned for 10 days ! We even had to trash our bin by ourselves. Basically this is not an hotel. Just a place you rent. This is really too expensive...

Thank you for your review. You are right, you cannot expect an hotel service simply because we are not an hotel, we rent self catering apartments in Tuscan countryside. We usually change linen weekly and, as your reservation was for 10 days, we changed it only after 5 days. In any case, for your future convenience we would like to...

I wanted a countryside Italian vacation but unfortunately was unable to pick up my car due to unforeseen circumstances of my bag being stolen over a bank holiday weekend before we flew out the Monday. We had to take public transport and was delayed due to weather but the hotel did provide bus timetable and offered to pick us up...

Dear Rachael, Thank you for your review. As you wrote, we are in middle of countryside surrounding Siena and, normally, peaceful position and quiet country atmosphere are very appreciated by travelers. We are so sorry about all of your misfortunes but as you wrote we've tried to make your stay more comfortable: as you were travelling without a car, we...

Fantastic place to chill. Location is a bit of the beat and track, but it’s worth it. Make sure you do google map if you are driving, even with a sat nav it was handy looking for street views on junctions etc. 10mins away is a good size Co-op if you need to buy provisions including wine. Was great to...

Hotel is located some distance from Siena - one needs a car to get too and from the city. But the hotel is nice, rooms are plain but accommodating. Hotel has several rooms, a court yard, and is located out in the wine country. Beautiful property with a small pool and gardens. Best part about the hotel is the breakfast,...

We stayed here August 2015 as a family of 9, 5 adults and 4 kids age range 10-17. It was a last minute booking but we felt that it looked really nice from the pictures online and was in a good location. The property itself is really pretty from the outside with various outbuildings and green areas and has an...

We booked a last minute trip to Tuscany and found San Lorenzo a Linari exceeded our expectations. Stunning building. Relaxed pool area, great breakfast and a warm & friendly welcome from Bruno, his family and the team. Every request was met, fan, extra pillow etc. Very clean traditional Tuscan accommodation, even a crisp white linen table cloth for dining! Excellent...

We chose San Lorenzo a Linari because it of location as central part of Tuscany. Before arrival, I emailed the resort and received prompt replies with suggestions. The gentleman, Bruno, always informed me of the things I should know before arriving. We arrived by car from Rome by following the GPS coordinates. It was a good thing that Bruno recommended...

If you really want to be in a real tuscany setting with amazing views, this is it. Great value, spacious comfortable cottage type villas. good breakfast. No internet or tv in rooms but in the reception. Beautiful indeed. Dont panic as it is far from Siena and signals to get there are not good. It is worth the driving anxiety,...

Dear M. Lidubina We are very grateful for your review. We are very happy that you have appreciated the real tuscany atmosphere. We are at nine km from Siena . Concerning the road from Siena there is no problem until three km to the resort . In effect is not well lighted , even if the road signs are exactly...
