Good customer service but the room was small however the A/C was super cold and only a sheet on the bed to cover yourself and bed and pillows not comfortable, There is a bar nearby and music was super loud until 3am. Our room was in front of the kitchen so there was a lot of noise around 5am. The swimming pool is also in front of the rooms, people were there very early, like 8 am and kids playing and screaming. Pool is super small, you can't swim. The parking lot is tiny, right next to the pool. It was full when we got there so they made us park around the corner.The only good thing I have to say was the buffet style breakfast, it was really delicious. I

Hotel Zamba it's a good hotel if you're staying one or two nights, the staff is really helpfull and the hotel si near the centre of the city so you can walk, breakfast is normal, the rooms are small but very clean the biggest problem was the bed it was as hard as a rock, overall if you're staying forma short periodo of time go for it if you're not skip it.

It was a nice fancy hotel in a typical Colombian house, with swimming pool and private parking. Room was really small but nice nonetheless. The bathroom was OK. We stayed only one night there on our way to Bogota so no more is there to write about. The breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs and coffee. The staff was really nice and Wifi worked fine. Opposite the hotel was a good restaurant with good dinner where you felt very good and as if one moved one hundred years or so.
