Another lovely visit to The Angel yesterday. Proper Pie for lunch was amazing and breakfast this morning was equally good. Thanks to all the staff who looked after my sister-in-law and myself. We will return !!!

We chose the Angel for a special celebration meal for 60 people. From the start Meg couldn't have been more helpful. We were given good choices for our special menu which on the day was amazing. The presentation and standard of the food was brilliant and it was hot!!! All of the staff are so friendly and will do all...

I have stayed many times at the Angel, and this time my partner accompanied me for what was supposed to be a trip down memory lane, as I come from Pershore. As such I booked a luxury room at £250 for two nights. The first room was the Malvern Room and it did not have a bath, but otherwise was...

This time I got the room with the ventilation fan outside the window. Literally non stop, you could feel the vibrations on the head board. Carpet had curious yoghurt like stains all over it and the cushions in the bed had sharp beads attached. Breakfast was great but I really didn't enjoy my stay, £75 is too expensive for the...

Seriously, this hotel was tale of two halves. Let's start with the good bits. The staff - all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food - not Michelin star food, but well prepared and presented and worthy of the price. The ambience - in the bar and lounge the atmosphere was good and a quite a happening place. The location...

Came here for dinner with a friend one night and had a good feed. I would echo the comments made about the staff, they were all very pleasant. No complaints about the food either - we started with some garlic bread, then I had a really delicious chicken ham and leek pie. Apparently the sausages and mash were good too....

The food was delicious and the staff were very helpful and polite. The bedroom and bathroom however were tired and neglected. The door frame had gouges in it where it had been jimmied open, the carpet had vile stains all over it - shoes firmly on for the whole of the night. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and...
