The decor was very nice and the entire casa was spotless. Rooms were serviced daily, including fresh towels. Frank, our host, was most hospitable and went out of...

We were warmly welcomed early in the morning by Frank after a 12-hour Viazul night ride from Camaguey. They immediately made a lovely breakfast for us with the best hot chocolate I have ever drunk. And our breakfast favourite: arepas! Welcome to Baracoa! Frank, his wife and Mercedes who helps in the house, are warm and caring people. The room...

I was traveling with a group, all who stayed at different casa particulars. It seemed to be the unanimous opinion that Casa Azul was the winner. The owners were warm and gracious (and great cooks, so see about their preparing dinner) and their lovely daughter, Amanda, was a gem. Comfortable and convenient but it was their way of making us...

We stayed for 3 weeks in Cuba and we have visited different places and casas. That was for sure our best place! The casa in itself is beautiful and very well-maintained, as well as it is very well situated, just few minutes from the main square of Baracoa! But if you go there, what you should definitely do is eating!...
