Garden Court Nelson Mandela Boulevard is perfect. We received warm welcome and stay. Staff is perfect especially the lady who called Veronica at the Hotel. She is good and friendly always with a smile.

We stayed at the garden court from the 26/12/2016 to the 2/1/2017. The pathetic service we received is actually a compliment to the staff there. We booked our vacation in the first week of April 2016. We had asked for a cot in our room for my toddler as a bed was too high and not safe. We also did...

The hotel does look old from the outside and it is very much outdated in its decor and furniture but it is clean with friendly staff does make up for the old state of the hotel. DEFINITELY due for a renovation and upgrade. I was actually shocked that this hotel belonged to Tsogo Sun considering the hotel group is know...

Not a fancy hotel but very warm and incredibly accommodating of kids and their needs. Kids activities during the holidays and a beautifully maintained swimming pool with a great view of the harbour. Breakfast can get very busy so go earlier if possible. Lovely pancake machine if you don't mind the queue Maintenance and housekeeping very obliging.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for good service and value for money. The staff is very friendly and the room was very clean. I really appreciated their baggage storage service after checkout. It allows you to still go shopping or site-seeing while the store your bags. This is very helpful especially...

We booked hotel in March 2016 and requested a sea facing, however upon check in our sea view was obstructed by Hugh trees. Requested for another room but none was available until the following day. New room had awesome sea view. Hotel location is great, close to V & A Waterfront. Hotel needs a good clean up. Passageways were dirty....

Dear Traveler Thank you for posting your review of our hotel on TripAdvisor and your valued feedback. The trees in front of the hotel are "cape yellow wood trees" and are protected we do trim them every year though. We are glad we good accommodate your request to move room with better view. The environment was convenient for family with young children. Swimming was great fun for my kids. Being Christmas time, there were plenty children but all well organised and kept occupied in a supervised play/tv area or out in the swimming pool.

Had a long 6 nights stay at this hotel. The check in was a disaster. Hotel staff not helpful at all. The Rooms are old and not appealing at all as compared to the Garden Courts hotels at Johannesburg and Durban. The door paint is peeling off and there are lots of defects in the room. The bed linen was...

All Garden Courts hotels at Durbans at 10 times better than this hotel. it needs serious revamping. Their Staff is not welcoming...
