We had my sister wedding Lunch and reception, booked 10+rooms for two nights at this business hotel, fabulous time for my family and friends. Banquet Food on both occasions was top quality. Ambience and facilities also were good. Special mention to Mr Vinod who took extra care of our group, right from check in to check out and even pro actively informed us regarding the marriage certificate to be issued from the hotel. Meeting the Executive Chef during breakfast next day also was arranged by Vinod, we were able to thank him directly for all the efforts taken to make it special for my sister's marriage. Rooms The bathroom fittings need attention, #311 had the shower tap not working, the handheld shower sits loosely. suit room drainage block had to be done on both days though promptly handled and required action taken almost immediately. Room service during the day was slow, upto and hour to get morning coffee. Tea kettle missing in more than three rooms out of the allocated 12. Comfortable bed and bathroom linen, though towels according to extra beds not provided. Destination weddings or residential weddings need more attention definitely, maybe faridabad can learn from other tourist destinations like in Kerala.

We visited this place today for lunch & its really nice place to have some tasty food. We orderd non veg chicken item & while ordering they informed it will take 20-25mins to serve & they did on time. Food over here are ultimate. Prices are high as brand value is high. Desert is good. Unfortunately we didn't get any photos there.

We booked approx 22 rooms for three nights for a family function. We had A mehndi Night function in the hotel . It was an amazing experience.All our guests were really Impressed. Breakfast and dinner was lavish with a lot of variety and delicious food.We had all varieties of rooms , Suite ,Deluxe and superior. We visited park plaza on the occassion of birthday of one of the family members .we dine at veranda restaurent .The food is great .They take necessary precautions while serving food because of covid. I have booked this property for a family function, booked 5 rooms and I must stay that all my guests were very happy with the service and food. Rooms were also cozy and comfortable. I stayed @ Park Plaza Faridabad during March 2024.
It is a decent property, not exactly spotlessly clean or shiny, feels rather dated, especially since the furnishings in the rooms are quite old and need some proper maintenance. Perhaps they should go for some renovation.
Further, this a very noisy hotel. Even till midnight the hallways were full of noise (to their credit that shows the hotel is quite popular). They have designed the hotel to have a central hall with a very high ceiling and all 6-7 floors surrounding the common hall (refer the picture), so the noise of every floor can be heard right in your room, perhaps the walls are too thin. Due to the specific design, they will never be able to do anything about it.
The bathroom experience was nice. The bathroom was not as well supplied as other Radisson Group properties (perhaps because this property is managed by Sarovar Hotels). However, the water pressure is excellent. Surprisingly, as per email confirmation, they provide hot water in the shower only twice a day during specific hours.
I had received good review about the food at this hotel and found those to be true at the dinner where almost every dish was very tasty.
However, the buffet breakfast the next morning was a huge disappointment. Their breakfast service is supposed to run till 10:30. I was there before 10, but a lot of items were over (and weren't replenished quickly). Items that remained weren't appetizing at all. From undercooked tea, to poorly cooked and very dry noodles (to the point that those didn't even feel fresh), to ready to cook frozen aloo patty (served in name of Rosties) and very hard bhature, the breakfast service was a complete disaster. None of the bakery items were eggless. The only saving grace was tasty chhole with decent aloo paranthas.
The staff was friendly and the checkout was quick.
Overall I am not quite satisfied with my experience and not sure if I would want to return to this property anytime soon.

Hotel looks very NYC and good from outside after visiting the property staff is very co operative and will greet you with lovely smile , we were offered a lemon welcome drink it was NYC and we felt energetic during the checkin muskan help us a lot and given us a NYC room even the manager Rahul was very good in talking and made us very familiar with the entire property. Breakfast spread was also NYC . Chef came up personally to take the feedback . Really like the careness provided by Duty manager Rahul and entire team of park Plaza Faridabad. Thanks for it guys

We have recently visited this hotel for our weekend stay nearby.. Check In process was ok. Rooms were average with no proper cleaning issues,we have to request management three times to change our rooms due to broken door locks , dirty carpets , dirty windows etc . They change our rooms three time to sort it which wasted our approx two hours. We were committed for complimentary extra bed for our child by Ms Manpreet which was later denied by Mr Gaurav in night which is really inconvenient inspite of written communication with hotel staff.
Food was average with basic taste at the time of every buffet meals.
We had a coupon for hair cut but their saloon was closed and the staff was not sure when the same will be open.
I would never recommend this property to anyone in future.
