The Broadway restaurant at radisson blu is awesome. What makes the food great is the hospitality and affection with which the staff serve food. The buffet spread is vast and taste is sumptuous. Special thanks to Shenki, Tara, Ruma and Prashant for being superb hosts at the Broadway. I have been staying since last week and felt like staying at home.
The staff of the hotel was not good and the hospitality was totally pathetic as there is a saying guest and customer are the god but it seems they are totally against of this statement… Management should take the responsibility of this some one is paying for staying in the hotel and hotel is meant for relaxing and enjoying but the experience was super 0 and wasted my money and time too… 1st impression is the last impression I would suggest not to go this hotel again… Thanks !
Had gone for brakefast today with my sr citizen friend Mr. Gupta from AUSTRALIA. Food was delicious along with all staff except Mr. Miral restaurant supervisor. Mr. Miral behaviour was like a frustrated employee absolutely not fit for hospitality industry.
Our stay at Radisson Faridabad was awesome. Everything was on point. The Rooms were spacious ! The food was delicious. And especially, the hospitality by their staff was too good. We enjoyed each and every moment of our stay.
A quick 2 night stay, planned in a rush with my family, picking a stay at Radisson Blu Faridabad, was a good choice. Kids were happy, food was excellent. Had an exceptional in-room dining experience with veg burger, veg Biryani, veg panfried noodles, black beans sause, all tasted superb and presented very well. Food quality was good too. Kids enjoyed at the pool too. Neat and clean pool . Breakfast was just wonderful, good variety and presentation was just apt. Overall a great stay. Staff too was very supportive and very welcoming. Thanks to the entire team. Specially, Mr. Varun, Chief Chef Khanna, Mr Parth, Ms Anjali, Chef Pulkit, Lalit.
It was a lovely stay for our family,just a short break but hospitality of the staff ,food of the hotel everything made our short break a memorable one. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Amazing place to be in a busy city.
incompetents reception staff, room full of dust, annoying noises during the night .all the positive reviews are made by the Staff! The price for the service given is absolutely inadequate to the facility..! Just an excellent note for the restaurant chefs along with some of the staff! Not recommended
Splendid Hotel Coolest staff Super comfortable rooms Neat and crystal clean Awesome food at the Broadway East check-in Check-out The best part of this hotel is you have a metro station just outside the hotel and the location is so central that reaching most places of NCR is easiest from here. Needless to say the staff is very humble, caring and best part is they know their repeated guests well. Anshika at the front office recalled an old chat we had during My stay about an year ago. This is the most pleasant experience of staying at Radisson Blu Faridabad. All the very best to Anshika and thanks again for making our stay so pleasant.
We stayed at the Radisson Blu from April 25 - 29. The Good 1. Conveniently located and adjacent to the Bata Chowk metro meant we were not dependent on relatives to entertain us or use Uber / Ola. 2. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained lobby 3. Breakfast buffet had a decent set of options The Bad 1. Daily room cleaning service was lacking. One day they would put one set of towel and no wash cloth, another day they would not provide a floor towel. The Ugly 1. Air conditioning was way under par in the room I stayed (#225). Granted the temperature in Faridabad was over 100F but that’s no excuse to have an air conditioning that does not cool. After each complaint somehow miraculously it started working but stopped after a few hours. Considering the weather in Delhi NCR is always going to be hot between April and July one would expect the hotel has a good air conditioning system or provide a fan to help a subpar air conditioning. Even a fan was absent in the room.…
A business hotel and nothing else. They do expect you to sleep by 11.30 as if you want to eat after that God only help you. They offer 2 food items for vegetarians and and stick to their No outside food policy. Basically if you are on a holiday here, expect a military camp where they would set your menu and timings. Do not visit for a staycation or leisure as the only option to eat would be their restaurants. Understand the no outside food policy in the restaurant but in your own room what you do is not their business as long as one is not harming their property. Anyways they’ve lost me as a customer forever.
