Lalit Mangar is a decent option for people from Delhi NCR who don't want to travel long distances for a weekend outing. The property is located in Mangar Village on the Faridabad-Gurgaon road (also otherwise known as Pahaadi raasta). The property is not very big in size; think of it as a rectangle-shaped resort on a downward slope in the middle of pretty much nowhere. The resort also serves as a wedding/parties spot so please make sure you don't end up booking on one of those crazy days. Positives: - Quiet and peaceful - Surrounded by greenery - Very neat and clean - There are a few 'timepass' options such as pool table, carrom, chess, and onsite cycling - Small but useful gym - Decent parking space - The food is decent but limited options - Rooms are large, spacious, and comfortable Not-so-positive: - No public places to sit except the reception building, so you may end up spending more time in the room - Very limited beer options and that too expensive (750 for a pint of Corona!!!) - Some of the food were unexplainably expensive (470/- for 2 small Gulab Jamuns from Haldiram packed box) Overall, I recommend the property if you are looking for some quiet time. Don't plan any sightseeing because there is nothing nearby. Note: All rooms are the same size and facilities. I don't recommend paying more for valley view rooms. To me, the view is not much to speak of. Please vote yes if you found the review helpful.

We booked one night of stay at Lalit Mangar to celebrate our friends birthday.the property was good but after staying there and seeing the hospitality we realised it was a mistake to have gone there. the intercom in the room was not working, the linen on the bed was dirty and to top it all the food was so pathetic.it was a total waste of money to have gone there that too for a celebration.would not recommend this place to anyone at all.total let down!!

This is going to be more professional as I come from the same industry. So, I would like to start from the beginning. I, alongwith my friends we planned this staycation for the the reason that we wanted to relax & just relax. But but but, the moment we entered the hotel it wasn't the case. There was no one to assist us to our rooms, our luggage was lying in the parking for about 3 hours, we called the operator many times but the line was busy for about 45 mins. We had to call 7 times to get out luggage, on top of it they told us to come to the parking & identify our luggage. Then, the rooms were so bad as it had many points as hazard. Wooden pieces coming out of the door, handle of the door came out, door key not working, Our kids got hurt & there was no doctor, plus they didn't pick up calls. We had to call them soooo many times but everytime the phone was busy. Finally had to call from the mobile that also they picked once in 5 times. And.... It kept continuing. All we ask is for our refund. Because it messed up everything.

This hotel is a complete scam. The hotel staff four untrained and clueless. We had to literally get up from our table and call the waiter to take food order. They served us main courses along with appetisers and did not give us any cutlery. We were so hungry after waiting for 45 min that we had to serve and eat with our hands. The rooms are fine but this property is too small to call itself a resort. With no pool and any green spaces there are not many activities to do. The menu is too limited and they served juices in paper cups at breakfast. The room service is not horrible as there is no room service only. We asked for an extra towel which never arrived and even for the extra bedding for which we had already payed the staff told us that we will see if extra bedding will be possible i mean what kind of a five star hotel gives you such a pathetic service? The whole experience at Lalit Mangar was pathetic and I would never suggest this place to anyone.

The worst experience ever i have had . This is definitely not a resort and doesn’t looks either a 5 star rating hotel . The property doesn’t have any things to do , the lobby gives a feeling of oyo type hotels. The food here is also quite worst . No swimming pool . Very very overpriced and if you spend so much , then you will definitely be disappointed coming here . Don’t come here pls

I visited this place just to have a break from my routine affairs from Gurgaon, drive to the place is fine but right from the time you arrive to casual attitude of staff towards any guest is evident. We came here for lunch, pizza was one of the worst ever had and even a basic soup was no way near what you would expect. I feel these guys are just running it to be in the business but no interest whatsoever with untrained staff and shoe string budget. Property per say is too small to call itself a resort and no swimming pool. I personally would give it a miss totally.

We had been to the place to enquire about the feasibility for a wedding arrangement. The following were the observations 1. Inadequate parking space 2. Not wheel chair friendly 3. No banquet halls - the lobby would be converted into celebration area for indoor functions 4. Access very bad and isolated 5. even out door venues shown were not adequate and had multilevel roof tops of some rooms to be converted into celebration / function areas Further, we decided to have lunch 1. taste was average 2. food served was already cold 3. service very poor and not upto the mark - you just keep waiting for your requirements. Repeated reminders too do not work.
