I can help with this. It can be confusing. She lives in this guesthouse with her family, and the only way you can make reservations is via other people, the tour guides in Harar. I'm not sure if you can do so via others, but... More

I used the guide whose number is in my review. They don't speak English at all but the guide does and is very professional about reserving rooms.
